Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value The hotel is reasonably priced for its proximity to the Santa Cruz area and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The only thing that I would add would be a universal gym or free weights for the exercise room. All else was great. May 19, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Comfortable Spent nights here on a business trip. Holiday Inn Express in Watsonville is on a busy street but the rooms are quiet. Everything is kept super clean. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. After working a long day away from home, I felt welcomed and relaxed at this hotel. My room even smelled fresh upon my return each day. GREAT JOB!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service and Spacious Indoor Pool A newer property in great shape. Staff all the way up to the general manager were friendly and helpful, and seemed sincere. The indoor pool and hot tub area is spacious. I'm sure it is a pleasant surprise for travellers who do not realize that central and northern California beach weather is not as warm as their southern cousins. January 15, 2013
