Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent choice with lovely staff I chose this hotel because of its proximity to a conference I was attending, and because I've always had positive experiences at the Holiday In Express. This stay was no exception. The room was comfortable, breakfast was ample, and best of all, the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely. She was familiar with my destination, recommended a cab service and was friendly and warm. Plus, unlike some hotels, Holiday Inn Express provides a reasonable amount of in-room coffee for its guests (though I travel with extra packets, just in case). All in all, I recommend this hotel without reservation. November 17, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dated, noisy I had a room on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. Lots of traffic noise all through the night, as well as noisy people talking outside while smoking. Internet was slower than slow. Couldn't use wireless calling, and hotel phone wouldn't get calls into or out of my room. Bathtub faucet dripped constantly. Only saving grace is the staff is extremely friendly. First time staying at this property after staying at other hotels in previous years. Wouldn't stay here again. November 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great end to a tough day My flights were late and I had to rush from plane to plane, I was tired and hungry and when I arrived I was greated with a smiling face. I was provided water and a snack and a recommendation where to eat was provided. I was able to relax and get a good nights sleep. I needed the busuness center to print the next days boarding passes and everything was perfect. I would recommend staying here to anyone in the area.
