Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxation I was pleased with Staff and the Property but my relaxation starts from within this is a property I come to due to work so when I'm done I like to be able to take a Bath and get comfortable and I was unable to do that because the TUB stopper was messed up in room 315 and I called and it was never fixed there was No Maintenance on site and it never got done so for me I wasn't happy with that but everything else was fine March 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nice new hotel with poor breakfast and service Hotel is very new and in a good location next to a Target and several restaurants. But the hotel seemed to be "out of everything". Out of tissues, out of toilet paper, and the breakfast area was out of pancake mix, sausages, yogurt, bananas, maple & brown sugar oatmeal, etc. Definitely the worst breakfast experience I've had at a HIE in a long time. I would recommend staying somewhere else. March 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Guest Service The Holiday Inn Staff were excellent. The front desk made our stay worth coming to this hotel. House Keeping never complain if they were ask for extra Amenities. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. In fact, I stay in many Holiday Inns, one of the best.I have stayed in this hotel in Waxahachie 3 times. I plan to stay again. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room and breakfast. On the first day of our stay, our room was not cleaned or made up. Someone had been in it as the dirty towels had been removed but they did not finish the job. When I brought this to the attention of the night front desk, they simply asked if I would like clean sheets and towels (to be handed to me). I then talked to the desk clerk the next morning (she was very apologetic) and from then on things were fine. We stay at HIEs FREQUENTLY in large part due to their breakfast. However, these have recently been going down hill. At this particular establishment, it was the same breakfast every morning with no variety. There was no fruit cocktail, the food (omelettes, bagels, biscuits) was cold and, therefore, hard. There were no tongs to pick the bread up with. Disappointing. We stayed at several other Holiday Inn Expresses on this trip and all of their breakfasts were better. Not great but better. February 13, 2015
