We have stayed at this hotel for several years now for our annual family reunion. The staff have always been excellent, and the hotel is clean and well kept. We'll be booking again for next year!

I am a recent patron of Holiday Inn, Waycross Ga. I recently changed my reservation, and mixed up the dates. As a result, no room was available when I arrived. The mistake was mine, but still the staff made sure I was accommodated, found me another room in town, and made sure my reservation was corrected. I got a follow up call the next day to check on me. I travel frequently and have never had such personal service.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible, everything else was excellent.

I used to have reservations at staying at Holiday Inns due to their age and quality had started to suffer. I am staying at Holiday Inns again especially after staying at the Waycross location. I continue to stay at the Waycross location when in town due to how friendly the staff is, condition of the facility and definitely the quality of an excellent breakfast. My father-in-law uses this hotel on business as well and we will continue to use this location as long as their are rooms available when in the area.

This hotel takes great pride in customer satisfaction and it really shows. You feel welcomed from the minute you walk in till you check out. The regular morning desk clerk was off this week and I was greeted by Jessica at check-in. She did an excellent job and had my room ready to go even with an early check-in. When I was leaving my room Mrs. Gussie one of the housekeeping staff went out of her way to ask if everything was ok in the room. This Holiday Inn should really be in the 3* class it goes way above a 2.5*. It takes a lot of coordination and great management to make a hotel feel like home. GREAT job!!!

Staff were very friendly whenever I needed something. Common areas were clean and inviting. Breakfast fare could be improved.
