Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Somewhat dissapointed We recieved a link to review both HIE that we stayed at during our trip and for some reason the link for this hotel did not work and wanted to comment. Check in was easy and staff was polite. Room was comfy but there were still crumbs on the carpet in the room and even half broken cookies still on the carpet. Lack of outlets to recharge phones and laptops was also a concern. Biggest concern was the breakfast. 8:50am and while it was fully stocked, everything was just sitting there with no one attending to it. Eggs crusted over on top from sitting under heat lamps and when we stirred them they were nasty. Same with sausages and the gravy looked like it had a thick layer over the top. Bananas were turning colors. This left the breakfast choices very limited so we had some juice, a muffin and left. Prior HIE was a much better stay. Not that this was bad, just not up to par.
