Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Room, Bad Breakfast The staff was good at check in and the rooms were nice. We had a wonderful night sleep. The breakfast bar in the morning was not very good. Most of the food had been eaten and nothing was replenished. I had to eat a bowl of cereal. Went to front desk and staff was not there. March 19, 2015

Breakfast was the wide selection that is standard at Holiday Inn Expresses. I prefer to stay at Holiday Inn Expresses when I travel, and am a satisfied repeat customer at this one in Weatherford, Texas. I plan to return. March 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice convienient location We were stranded at LOVE Field airport trying to get home to Lubbock Texas which our airplane bypassed due to a heavy snow storm which followed us to Dallas, soon causing flights back to Lubbock to be canceled. We decided the best option for the 4 of us to get back to Lubbock was to rent a car, head that way and find a hotel outside of the Metroplex for the night. I used my IHG app and booked 2 rooms with out any problems. We arrived just as the storm was getting worse turning into an icy mess, to rooms ready for us to walk right in! The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet so that we could rest comfortable for the night. The only slight disappointment was the limited warm breakfast items, the attendant was working on it, but it did delay our quick bite to eat. I am guessing they had more guest than planned due to the weather. March 8, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Icy sidewalks/parking lot The parking lot was slushy and icy. When I stepped out of my car I thought I would fall. The sidewalks, ramp, and handrail were covered in a thick sheet of ice. Staff were oblivious to conditions. When checking out, I mentioned to desk clerk the sidewalks were still VERY VERY icy. She barely acknowledged me being there. She stated the owner was coming in with salt. This was at 830 am. The salt was needed the night before and early morning. I was terrified I was going to fall. I was not acknowledged as a Platinum Club member. Staff were not friendly nor professional. Bathroom was dirty. Bed was hard as a rock. March 7, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a fan Long check in. Reservation wrong. Not recognized as IHG member. No tub in room. Door doesn't close right. Light switches don't allow bedside lights to stay on without top hall light on. Poor table arrangement in breakfast area, no normal tables. Shower enclosure was broken and patched together with moldy silicon caulk. I could go on but I think you get the drift. February 24, 2015
