Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Poor Customer Service Rooms were not ready upon arrival. We checked in at 3:30 pm only to be told (by the owner) as we were getting on to the elevator that "the maid might still be cleaning our room". Check in time is 3:00 pm. We were in town for a funeral and didnt have time to deal with that. Once we got to our room it was still being cleaned and the air conditioner was broken and had leaked all over the floor. The hotel was knowledgable of this issue. We later found out that my Uncle was put in this same room the day before (they had to move him also). Once we were moved the room they gave us was dirty...so we had to be moved again. Later in the evening my brother checked in to his room at 10:30 at night only to find out that his room had not been cleaned yet...so again he had to be moved. The owner did not seem concerned at all with our issues from the begining. He had very poor cusotmer service and could actually take lessons from his manager Tammie who tried to make up for the poor stay the next day. If she had been there the entire time I am sure the stay would have been much more enjoyable. We will not be staying in this Hotel or any other Holiday Inn Express again. May 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our New Home Away from Home Our son recently moved to Weatherford from Mansfield. Our stay was wonderful. What a treat to have chocolate chip cookies and the delightful orange water waiting in the lobby. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast during the week we were there. Pool and spa just what we needed after a long day of unpacking boxes, cleaning, etc. Staff was exceptional. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming. May 10, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay I travel to Weatherford frequently for business and have stayed at most of the hotels in Weatherford and I like this one the best. I have never experienced a problem here. I guess my favorite part is the fact that the rooms are so luxurious. March 11, 2013
