Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and service After our recent stay at this hotel, my husband discovered he had left his small zipper bag with all his computer cables at the hotel. When we called to see if they had been located we were fortunate enought to talk with Ty. She said they had not been turned in but she would check with housekeeping and call me back. When she called me back she said she had gone back to the room and was able to locate the bag/cables. What a relief! And to top it off, she coordinated the return through UPS! This was absolutely a case of above and beyond! Thanks so very much to Ty!! January 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dallas stay over After traveling over 500 miles, it was nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and a cooperative and knowledgeable desk clerk. He was very helpful with helping us find the property. Construction made it very difficult. Not sure I'd stop in Weatherford again. November 25, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Business trip Very low water pressure, hot water wasn't really hot.Had to change rooms twice, the first room door wouldn't open, the 2nd room had a screw driver in the bathtub and the drain was out of the tub, the third room was not very clean and someone above me stomped around all night long, very thin walls and ceilings, but I got tired of moving my luggage up and down the hall. The young man at the desk was very courteous. The breakfast was probably the best I've seen, with fresh food, and very clean atmosphere. November 18, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Loud Noise Traffic Everything about Hotel is fine except for two things. First is road noise, next to freeway and sounds like trucks going through room all night, impossible to sleep. tried drowning out with AC but didn't work. Will not stay again except maybe room on other side of building. Have never stayed in Holiday Inn property this loud. Could also use use better pillow selection all to soft. The hotel was very clean, bed comfortable and good staff and breakfast. Simply to noisy to rest November 11, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Above and Beyond We came to celebrate the marriage of my son and his bride, and found that everyone (not just at the Hotel) has an amazing Customer Service mentality! We actually had a restaurant tell us that they don't serve food, they are about Customer Service, and they were! My husband and I noticed that there was not one person or place we went that did not live up to that motto! The staff at the Hotel are/were accommodating as we arrived before check in time and our room not quite ready~changed us to another room. Always a smile and very friendly. The only thing I would recommend would be pillow top mattresses, as the mattress was very hard but other than that, if we come back to Weatherford we are staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Weatherford! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Have stayed here a lot and like it, but.... We stay here regularly for horse shows and always like it. This time, however, we stayed in rm 332 and we had a problem with the room smelling of sewer gas or something. I will request not to be put in this room again, but will definitely stay at this hotel again. October 16, 2013
