Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great place to get "stuck" in. We were driving through TX and had to stop due to bad weather. I was NOT happy. We checked into our room and it was beautiful, clean, comfortable and we LOVED the different pillow options. The front desk clerk went out of his way to find me tea bags when I wanted to warm up with hot tea. We slept great, internet was great....everything was so great I didn't want to hit the road again. :) January 13, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel But Noisy This is a great hotel very clean and very friendly staff BUT the traffic is very noisy from the interstate (Not the Hotels fault) I stay with Holiday Inn on average 204 nights a year. I hate to leave a less than perfect review for any of them because they really have customer service down pat and this hotel is on spot, they really know how to treat there guest. for the value and the cleanliness it is really a great property if the interstate noise was a little less. The food is perfect for every member of the family. It definitely makes a difference when we start our travel plans to know that breakfast will be included in our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Crazy trip We made reservations months in advance to accomodate our daughter with medically complex issues. We asked about a pet policy due to allergies. My mom came and measured the roll-in-shower twice before our trip. After traveling 17 hours (in a wheelchair) we arrived to find out our rooms had all been moved to the 2nd floor. We headed up to find that our daughters room didn't even have a roll-in-shower. I mentioned the girls name I'd dealt with for reservations and was told she hadn't worked there for over a month (hmmm, does that give you an idea how long our reservations had been made?# After a little work it did get changed. Our daughter was at one end of the hall, we were at the other end, nurses were on a different floor. We originally requested these rooms all be close. During this time there were dogs being brought in and out. I asked about the pet policy, again, and was told #by the manager) they were service dogs. I looked in the information book, in room, and it says only service dogs are allowed. However, a desk associate told me that this facility has been voted the pet friendliest for 3 years in a row. Conflicting stories? One night our toilet quit working. The desk clerk came and looked, contacted manager twice with me standing at desk. Could have moved us to a different room, but it would be on a different floor from our daughter and might be smoking. We had to use the bathroom near the pool for about 12 hours. When I went to confirm it would be fixed the next morning the owner, who happened to be at the desk, knew nothing about it. The rooms were a great size for wheelchair and medical equipment, but organization was lacking. I felt like we should be financially compensated in some way. January 5, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, clean hotel I stayed at this facility because it was located conveniently and promised to be a "typical" Holiday Inn Express facility. It lived up to my expectations in every respect except for one. It is located within a few yard of Interstate 30. The traffic noise is constant and unrelenting. If you stay at this facility, request a room on the side away from the Interstate. Kudos to the hotel staff who provided high quality service despite the fact that two high school basketball teams were staying at the hotel and the kitchen staff did not show up to prepare and serve breakfast. The young lady who filled in for the truant breakfast staff did a fine job despite her lack of experience. January 2, 2015
