Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a fan Long check in. Reservation wrong. Not recognized as IHG member. No tub in room. Door doesn't close right. Light switches don't allow bedside lights to stay on without top hall light on. Poor table arrangement in breakfast area, no normal tables. Shower enclosure was broken and patched together with moldy silicon caulk. I could go on but I think you get the drift. February 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Better Get to Breakfast Early!!! Checked in, found my room had a shower only. Not a huge deal, but consider it odd in a HIE to only have a shower. Eh, so I sleep in a little, as it's a weekend and breakfast goes until 10am. I get to breakfast at 9:42am and find no eggs, no sausage, and I'm told "Well, breakfast is over in 20 mins, so we're not refilling it". That said, I said "Well, I need two more nights, but I'm going to stay at "XXX" hotel rather than here", the girl replied "OK, have a nice stay". NOT the reply I expect. I did move on to another hotel,and had a much better stay! February 11, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast not as good as normal pancake machine was not working at at during our visit which really disapointed the grandkids it was their favorite. a couple of the mornings the biscuits were of the elie may variety.... hard as a rock. The other morning they were very good and fresh. PS.....Hot tub was a cold tub and had to notify the front desk about the problem. They reset something in the back room February 4, 2015
