Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service and Comfortable! I have to say that what made the stay even more enjoyable was the extremely friendly staff and their willingness to help at any time of the day! There was one lady at the front desk, whose name escapes me at the moment, that was the most helpful and so incredibly nice! Having a friendly staff really helped make our stay even better. The room was very spacious and clean! I was very impressed with the cleanliness. Everything was really comfortable! If ever I am in the Houston area again, I am staying here! It is well worth the price! Not to mention I got a good deal! September 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Place of Hospitality I recently stayed at the Webster Hotel and was simply blown away by the Hospitality of the Entire Team. Due to my business purpose in Webster I consequently made several trips and found each trip equally as great as the one before. While on one of my trips, I received a call, late night early morning that my Dad was very ill and I had to leave abruptly. I informed the front desk that I was leaving and wasn't sure if and when I would return. To make a long story short, my Dad passed away the next morning. I eventually returned to the Hotel the following week and upon arriving to my room late at night to hopefully get a good night's rest, I found a beautiful fruit and snack basket and a sympathy card that had been signed by staff members. Needless to say, I felt like I was more than just a customer. I felt like the staff was family sharing my loss. My job duties include staff training and hospitality. What a kind gesture that will stay with me a lifetime that I will share with others for years to come. To the Webster Staff, I want to say "thanks I Love all of you so much". Ed August 24, 2014
