I chose this hotel based upon the reviews online and it was a huge mistake. From the outside, the property is very nice but the rooms are another story.
My room was the equivalent to a Motel 6 with the exception of it having a hot tub. The desk was filthy with coffee and food stains, the bed was old and creaked and the hot tub had stained grout and hair inside it. Upon complaining to the front desk, I was given the exact same room on the second floor, still the same nasty experience.
The staff gave me a $20 credit which of course my company benefited from, I received an apology. Normally I stay at the Spring Hill Suites and will be from now on.

I actually lost some medication. But even though they were unable to find it (probably left it somewhere else). They called and told me they had searched the room and spoken with housekeeping, but couldn't find it.
I appreciated the extra effort it took to call me back! Loved the people there and the experience.

I usually stay here when i go hunting. it is close to the area i hunt. The staff if extremely nice and helpful. Brooke and Brittney has booked my stays both times and have been helpful and very very kind. Those are the two employees that stand out the most offering kind and welcoming smiles.

In town to visit with family. This is a great family hotel with an indoor pool, small workout room and a good complimentary breakfast.
The only thing I found wrong was the hair dryer (in both rooms) had little power, not even worth using.

We have stayed at this hotel every time that we take our kids skiing. It is such a nice place and really one of the best run hotels in this class that I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff is super friendly and have a great way of making you feel welcome. We stay in the suite because we have two children. The breakfast is free and definitely sufficient for a day at the slopes. They offer free food certain nights as well and seem to always have a cookies and milk night during our stay. The pool and hot tub have been very clean. We had a problem with our TV once and the front desk manager, could not do enough to try to make us happy. He ended up bringing us a basket of food and goodies and offered to bring up a DVD player with movies. I truely love this place!

When I booked our reservation online, I requested a room as far from the elevator and ice machine as possible (I'm a light sleeper#. The room we were booked in was across the hall from both... Fortunately, the front desk kindly moved us... unfortunately it was next to the stairs. Every time anyone came down the stairs, it sounded like a herd of elephants tromping. But that was nothing compared to the elephant dance party happening in the room above us. Alas, relaxation was NOT going to happen on this trip.
I looked forward to the nightly cookies, but found the lobby where the cookies were being served overrun by kids--and the cookies gone. Where were all these kids from? Probably the room above us... The pool and hottub were the same way, so we decided not to even bother with them. Half of the channels on the TV were "no longer available with this subscription" so either the hotel went for the cheap plan and didn't bother to update their TV guide and TV settings, or satellite is just not the way to go these days. Again, another disappointment.
Breakfast the next morning was nothing to write home about, but since it's free, I can't complain too much, right? Everything was stocked, but the eggs and sausage tasted microwaved. I didn't bother making pancakes for myself since there were 7 or 8 kids standing around an older man #I hope he was their grandfather# as he made each of them a pancake or two...

Personal customer service, very friendly and knowledgable front desk staff. Clean room and cozy bed. Will stay here next time I am in town!
