Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel experience in four years I stayed at this Holiday Inn four years ago for Special Olympics. After three years of staying at an uncomfortable place in Leavenworth (my mom didn't stay there and the breakfast there wasn't very good), my mom and I decided to stay here because one of our family friends high school graduation party took place in Wenatchee. The hotel was very nice and it was well-managed and organized. The breakfast was the best I have seen in a long time, especially the pancake maker. The only complaint was staying in a room close to the railroad tracks. Overall, it was a peaceful stay and we will recommend staying here again. June 14, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Our room was not cleaned well! I wanted to rank the service lower but since it was tied into the staff I felt I could only give a "fair" score. Our towels were not changed even though we had indicated we wanted clean towels. There was a used towel left hanging on the door and towels that weren't used were refolded and put back on the shelf. Our mirrors, with the exception of the sink area were not cleaned. The dresser and the full length had hand smudges on them. I do not like having an AC unit that runs all the time. A thermostat would be much better as the unit was quite noisy and when it was not cooling the room the room got extremely stuffy. I was not asked to become a Priority Club Member and would have liked the opportunity to do so. June 10, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best HIE in the state of Washington I stay in Holiday Inn's across the state regularly and this is, by far, the best. My room has always been perfectly cleaned and ready upon my arrival. They don't just stick me into any room that suit them but instead, give me the room I've asked for. The friendly staff is always helpful and willing to make any accommodations necessary to keep the customer happy. They upgrade my room whenever possible without my even asking. They serve great food with drinks regularly in the afternoon and then, always make sure there is plenty for everyone. At other hotels, once the first serving is gone, they simply refuse to place any more out for guests who may not have gotten anything. Not these folks. If something runs out before the posted time service stops, they are sure to refill it. Overall, I stand by my statement that the Wenatchee HIE is the best in the state. June 4, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and willing to go the extra mile Staff was great. I had some odd questions, and they were accommodating and helpful. Thanks! Only one wish- Breakfast to start at 6 am, instead of 6:30. I am a morning person, usually up for hours before. Oh well. Worth it though. I will consider staying again, next time business takes me into Wenatchee. June 3, 2013

Comfortable bed and room was clean. Got up early for the next round of golf and was treated with a nice variety of breakfast items to choose from. It was overall a great place to stay. May 23, 2013
