Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Road Trip I took a last minute road trip across the Washington State. I stayed in two Holiday Inn Express Hotels, Both provided great service. Wenatchee Holiday Inn Express was my last stop before heading home. The front desk staff was very helpful, answered my questions and explained things well. Enjoyed the lite dinner provided, make your own sandwiches and a glass of wine. Continental breakfast is always a bonus when traveling, They always have many options. Very friendly staff from the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance.....anyone I passed greeted me with a "Hello", "Good evening", "Have a great day".... when I was headed out. March 30, 2015

Clean and carried themselves as true professional members of the hotel staff. They also have a very nice computer room with printers and all anyone could every expect, plus internet services. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing - poor service, apathetic front desk We had a terrible experience at this hotel. There is no manager on staff, just one front desk clerk who is completely unwilling (unable?) to resolve customer complaints. We rented the business center to hold a meeting for an entire day, but the room was so noisy that it interfered with our work and the front desk clerk refused to do anything about the noise (children running around and wrestling in the room above us). The problem seemed to be an overall management problem, as opposed to being isolated to one employee. We had trouble even booking the room in the first place because there are rarely managers on site. I would worry about safety as a result too. March 19, 2015

The Front Desk staff all weekend were so friendly and helpful, Some of the best Customer Service I have seen in a long time. GREAT JOB!!! and considering we were there for a basketball tournament and we filled the hotel it was awesome.. Everyone had a great time. March 19, 2015
