Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by roll away bed is horrible This was not a great experience. the roll away bed had the springs poking out. There were not enough towels for the number of people in the room and the toilet paper was very rough. April 20, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by will not return as stated: we returned to this hotel after two previous stays which were delightful. Since we spend at least 100 nights in a hotel each year, we are savvy. Our opinion is that hotel management is doing everything possible to cheapen the experience, from poor housekeeping, old pillows and bedding, to plastic utensils so flimsy they broke when trying to cut a link sausage. Our room was not clean: the desk clerk was notified that dust was so thick we could write our names, the floor had not been vacuumed, and the toilet seat was soiled. Even the complimentary two glasses of wine each evening were poured carefully so as not to give much more than half a plastic glass. the stairwells had dirt on them the entire week we were there. Our breakfast table often was covered with crumbs. We found some employees eager to help, others rather nonchalant. And we constantly encountered housekeeping and other help smoking--on one occasion this was not in the smoking area. We have been faithful to another brand for over a decade and were considering changing to your brand as our primary. Not anymore. in a nutshell, it seemed to us that the property had gone downhill. Mattress in the pull out couch was unacceptable with springs poking out. My kids had to sleep on the couch put back together and in bed with my husband and I. March 26, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Monthly Trip to Wenatchee I have just started to travel monthly to Wenatchee, this hotel was recommended by a teammate of mine, It was a nice enough hotel, clean, nice staff and easy to get to however I wish there was somewhere to get dinner on site (the restaurant on the website stated as "Mexican Food" located in same parking lot) was closed. There is a Wendy's but I didn't want fast food so I needed to drive somewhere to get dinner. The free continental breakfast was very limited, eggs were cold, bacon greasy. I would have loved to see some cut up fresh fruit, pancake "machine' was broken. Other than that, the room and staff were up to par. March 24, 2016
