Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 1956 If you want to sleep in, this is NOT the place to stay!
Housekeeping started vacuuming the hallways at 8 am and then the housekeepers were speaking to each other loud and constant. If this wasn't enough the housekeeper had a radio playing on her cart. You don't need an alarm clock here! You would think there would be more consideration for guests.

Was a great weekend. Very nice hotel. Parking and location of hotel is a little weird. Place to walk pets is along the railroad tracks, not the safe area. The hotel was over run with kids, which I don't mind but the pool, breakfast area and lobby was always full of them all the time. The cookies and milk at night the kids were touching with there hands which was really gross. Need to have a better system when so many kids are there.

My husband and I were very worried about travelling with our pets but the staff was very welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Recommended Hotel while staying in Wenatchere
Friendly, caring and a devoted staff makes this hotel one of the top Holiday Inn Express properties in the state. Close to everything Wenatchee has to offer, the hotel features a very comfortable stay in excellently decorated rooms.
I'm on the road 10+ days per month and have experienced an array of hotel problems. I personally expect value, cleanliness, well maintained and confort. I have not experienced one problem at the Holiday Inn Express located in Wenatchee.
When visiting this beautiful area of Washington State, it's well worth staying at this hotel.

Always friendly staff. Love the manager's evening meal specials. Great atmosphere, clean and quiet rooms. I look forward to traveling to Wenatchee to stay at this hotel.

This is an example of where poor staff attention and competency let down a positive room and facility. Staff was disinterested and not helpful. Room keyys were repeatedly mis-keyed and had to be re-done. Staff had poor knowledge of their own hotel facility. The room was the usual clean comfortable and well appointed facility that I expect from HIE.

The staff was very nice and pleasant. They greeeted us with a goodie bag and mentioned that there would be sloppy joes and wine and beer that night. The breakfast was very nice. The room was very big with a sofa and flat screen tv. I would stay here again and recommend it highly.

These guys are great. I travel for business and ALWAYS look forward to staying at the Wenatchee Holiday In Express. Rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy. But the staff is exceptional. Always friendly, couteous and very Welcoming. They exceed expectations every time.

great hotel except for the elevator. It's slow and very hot! There is no air in the elevator. The pool should be open to adults 24- 7.
