Wi FI was not working during the two days of our stay.
The bed was old and the mattress was not comfortable.
Cart not available for luggage, They looked trought the camaras and said that maybe someone had inside of his room.

We have a wonderful stay at holiday inn weslaco, we atended a party that nigth and next morning went to the mercedes outlets ,in general the stay was very good , i dont know if the next coment was something due to the holidays but when we went down to have the breakfast there were some things missing or not resupplied on time at the cafeteria ,like i didnt found coffe when i was pouring my cup under , the atendant took it in and resupplied the coffee with no problem,,same happened with like two other things in the food area, i like to think this was due to the overcrowd we had due to the holidays other than that i would say everything in the hotel was excelent , we will come back for sure next time .

The room has mole smell, informed the front desk but was not taken care of. The house-keeping staff did not clean or change my bed-sheets after the first night, informed the front desk, as well as the manager on duty, they blamed back at us that we left the privacy note on, which we did not. The manager man was rude and was chewing his breakfast while talking to us.
I would NOT recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is 1 mile away from Mercedes Premium Outles
The Hotel is nice ( look new ) staff is friendly and helpfull.
Convenient hot breakfast.
I will be back with out a doubt. !!

The front desk personnel are outstanding! Very personal and friendly. They can not do enough for you. They really seem like they care and are interested in you. The hotel gives a very secure, warm feeling when you walk in. Highly recommend it.

the hotel is exceptionally clean and nice looking. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definately stay here again. Great value and the breakfast was hot and fresh.
