At first check in, staff not trained and one individual should not be on the front desk as she has no personality.
Breakfast staff, ok, but fluent with English. the variety was ok at best. They had biscuits everyday, BUT where was the sausage gravy that is to be served with the biscuits?
Items were not filled in always filled up in a timely manner.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days last week. It was my 2nd time visiting, and overall I am impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. But this time the stay wasn't quite as good. When I checked into the hotel all was fine, but when I came back that night, the water in the bathroom sink started running brown with deposits coming out of it. It was disgusting. I was in the middle of trying to get my 5-year-old to bed, so obviously the sink was important. I called down to the desk but the clerk was very busy, as she was the only one on duty, but she promised me she would fix the problem in 10-15 minutes. I called back a half hour later and she asked me to come down to the lobby. She didn't have any comparable rooms to switch us to, and there was no maintenance staff on duty, so she gave us the key to a different room that was not clean (which I cleaned myself), where we could at least use the sink. The next day I spoke to the people at the desk, all of whom were a bit brusk, as if I had caused the problem or as if it were a nuisance to them. They did fix the problem that day, although they did not call me as they said they would to let me know, so I had to keep checking in to find out. (At this point I had repacked everything because we weren't sure if they would fix it or if we would have to be moved.) I eventually was able to speak to a manager the following day, to see what kind of compensation could be reached. Her first response diminished our inconvenience, and her manner was not very accommodating. She sounded again like I was inconveniencing their staff. Eventually they agreed to take off a portion of the cost of that night, which I appreciated, and she did finally apologize for the staff's reaction to the problem. If visiting the area I would stay there again, but I was disappointed with the situation.
