Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall, nice We first got to the hotel, and thought the location was kinda sketchy, but there ended up being great food places near, you could get from the beach to Beverly Hills!! Easy drive to Santa Monica! Wasn't much breakfeast options... i had the same thing everyday. Front desk people are very nice. July 1, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Filthy Floors Our carpet floors were filthy. They felt filthy when walked on. This was confirmed when I took a shower and my feet were black. This was further confirmed when I took a damp towel and wiped the carpet gently. The towel was black. I wish I had taken a picture. But just imagine how a towel would look if you were to wipe the outside street. It was fairly disgusting and called into question the cleanliness of the rest of the room and entire hotel. Also, our AC unit worked. However, when the room got too cold, it was hard to turn down the cold air without turning it off completely which would just warm up the room rather quickly again. The knob did not seem to adjust the temperature of the air very well or at all. July 1, 2015

I assume that's how it is in LA but the rooms are small and expensive and the breakfast area is small and over crowded. They also charge you extra for parking. June 30, 2015

The hotel had a banner up in the lobby to welcome the friends and family of the graduates. The service was great and the breakfast plentiful. We would definitely stay again when in LA. June 19, 2015

The counter staff in the second shift, that is when I arrived was extremely courteous and helpful. he was able to give us direction along with printed directions to places we need to go. I can mention his name, but I think IHG supervising staff don't accept it. if you want then I will let know.. The only thing is the location of the hotel and it it is tricky to drive into the parking lot of the hotel and one has to be careful getting into and out of the hotel. Please thank the counter staff on our behalf June 7, 2015

The greatest part of my stay was a very honest employee Art, who came across my wallet near the hotel business center and took the time to research and return it to me! Hard working, honest employees are hard to find. Kudos to your hotel staff for turning what could have been a horrible experience for me into one that maintained my faith in the goodness of humanity. I am forever grateful! It's nice to know there's still good people in the world! Besides the wonderful staff, breakfast was excellent, room was spacious and comfortable, and location was convenient. May 30, 2015
