The Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Hermitage-Sharon goes above and beyond other hotels that I have stayed in. It is clean, well cared for, and the property is beautiful. There is an outside area with a waterfall and tables that we enjoyed. We would sit out there in the evenings and relax. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast meal and snacks they offer are terrific. I would highly recommend this property.

This hotel had many little touches you don't see at other Holiday Inn Expresses. Makeup mirror, night light, soap dish, lots of pressure in the shower

Everyone was attentive and focus was exceeding customer expectation. The kids noticed the various suites in the hotel and was curious about what they looked like. I asked one of the front desk manager if it was possible to see one. He took them on a tour of several rooms and provide good information. The kids liked it good touch

I had a very enjoyable stay !!! All The staff was excellent as well as pleasant and accommodating. When in the area again will definitely consider staying here.. The only con was that because hotel was full I had to stay in a smoking room.

Needed a ride to location less than 1/2 mile away to retrieve my personal auto and no shuttle service available. Additionally, no staff was able to take 5 minutes out of their day to accommodate this minor request for assistance. Signs all over the property about CARING for guests, but I guess actions speak louder than words.
