Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What a Relief! Finding rooms in the area of the Grove City is difficult most of the time, but that area is closer to my brothers' homes. As a last resort, for a family reunion/graduation, we finally called the West Middlesex Holiday Inn Express and so glad we did! From the moment we walked through the doors we were met with very professional employees. What a Relief! Sharon Hanigosky, the general manager, always had a genuine quick smile as did the young lady working alongside her. Our room was spotless and restful and the breakfast very ample. We even noticed the hallways were quiet during the night., unlike some other hotels we've stayed in. For our next family gathering, I would actually drive a bit "out of the way" to stay there again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Service The experience at this hotel from start to finish was exceptional. The front desk staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was more than adequate. Every time you looked food was being replenished and tables being cleaned. The pool are was very nice, very neat and very clean. Out door patio was the same way which included a putt putt for the kids. September 17, 2014

The food could have had a few more vegetarian options as I found myself only really being able to have bread for breakfast. The room was large, and comfortable and the television was great. It had an easy to find location of the highway but it wasn't loud from it. Overall good stay, will stay again if shopping in the area. September 10, 2014

We spent much of our time in the pool, which was delightful. The breakfast choices were incredible. It was like a smorgasbord--there was just about every breakfast food available that one can imagine. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. August 26, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by more black jack I regularly stay at this property. One of the benefits over other properties is the manager's reception. The only problem with it is the black jack night only occurs on the first Wednesday of the month. I don't have a choice of dates when I travel, so I'm lucky if I am there the first week of the month. They should do this every week, then the random travelers would have a better chance to participate, and it would be more of a reason to stay at the property. Once a month is only an incentive for those that have a choice in dates, or they stay there every week. August 25, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel The Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Hermitage-Sharon goes above and beyond other hotels that I have stayed in. It is clean, well cared for, and the property is beautiful. There is an outside area with a waterfall and tables that we enjoyed. We would sit out there in the evenings and relax. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast meal and snacks they offer are terrific. I would highly recommend this property. August 23, 2014

The kids noticed the various suites in the hotel and was curious about what they looked like. I asked one of the front desk manager if it was possible to see one. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Uncaring Staff Needed a ride to location less than 1/2 mile away to retrieve my personal auto and no shuttle service available. Additionally, no staff was able to take 5 minutes out of their day to accommodate this minor request for assistance. Signs all over the property about CARING for guests, but I guess actions speak louder than words. August 12, 2014
