Evening shaft was not helpful and attentive. Couldn't transfer telephone call from home to the right room. Wife tried 3 times and finally called my work blackberry.

Our service at your hotel was great. It had great food, all the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the pool was perfect for our family. Over all I loved my stay there and I will be coming back next year.

I travel on business 1-2 weeks per month. Although the hotel had a microwave available in the common area, I prefer a hotel with fridge/microwave in the rooms. Also, there was no fitness room at this hotel.

We were traveling with another couple who are longtime friends. Their room was on the second floor. There was no mention on this hotel's web site and we did not find out until we arrived that this hotel does not have an elevator. No rooms were available on the first floor that met their needs. Although none of us are handicapped, we are at the age that climbing stairs with all our luggage is a challenge for us. Had we known this, we would have made reservations elsewhere. Also, even though this hotel says it is 100% non-smoking, our room had been smoked in and smelled like someone had tried to cover it up with air freshener. The desk clerk offered to move us to another room but none were available with king bed for which we had made our reservations. It should have been very obvious to housekeeping that this room had been smoked in and a better job should have done in thoroughly cleaning the room before renting it out to customers. Because of these problems, we will never stay at this hotel again nor can we recommend it to others.
On another note, the food service staff at this hotel did an extraordinary job and went far beyond what was expected to insure a very pleasurable breakfast dining experience.
