However no cable t.v. when I contacted the front desk to inquire they were unable to tell me why? and when a resolution might be made? they finally said they would call me back.. no call back. I went down to the front desk and they said they tried to contact me (come to find out my phone in my room was broken). They said the whole hotel was down as far as the t.v. service and the shuttle drive was out making a run and when they got back they could try and fix.. No one else on the hotel staff that night is able to reboot a t.v. server besides the shuttle driver? Long story short.. never had cable service that evening or the following morning before check out. After the initial conversation with the front desk I never heard back from them...Very inconvenient after my kids had swam all day and wanted to come back to the room and veg out and watch a show or two.. also no USB port on the t.v. to hook up my device to possibly stream from my laptop. Come on it's 2016! Get a reliable t.v. provider or don't advertise an amenity if you can't provide it. April 18, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast When checking In the first day the front desk said Breakfast at 6:30 am. OK. I arrived at 6:20 each morning only to wait as at 6:30 am one hotel associate brought out gravy and then 5 minutes later brought out sausage then 5 more minutes bacon then 5 more minutes biscuits then last brought out the scrambled eggs. At this point it was 6:50 am. Please don't say breakfast at 6:30 if its going to be 7:00 am. Was not happy about this stay due to no breakfast. Worst hotel prep I have seen in the past 2 years, I travel every other week and stay at Holiday Inns, I expect better planning then this. If breakfast is to be served at 6:30 am then everything needs to be ready at 6:30am. April 11, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible matress The mattress in our room was terrible. Had a big sink hole in the center of the mattress. Hardly slept at all because I had to keep pulling myself out of the hole in the middle of the mattress. Unacceptable for a quality hotel chain to have a mattress like that in a guest room.
