For a hotel with a "Water Park" I found the hours of operation in the park to be less than stellar. I was very disappointed in the time my grandkids could play.

I travel for business frequently.. When I experience great service I like to take the time to recognize the associate(s) that provided it.... The front desk staff : Brenda, Alii and the manager Becky are extremely professional, polite and go out of their way to make the hotel feel like home with a smile and warming attitude. Becky's hotel is CLEAN, comfortable,quiet and a pleasant place to stay.. Thanks ! TEAM PBY

I am a longtime loyal customer of Holiday Inn and am a Ambassador Platinum Priority Club member. I have never had as much trouble at any Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in over many years as I had with this HIES. I called ahead on the day of check in to see if they had the room type that my family needed. We arrived around noon on Christmas Day, the front door was locked, and a bum was sleeping in the lobby who went to get the front desk employee to let us in. With my Platinum status, I am supposed to get an upgraded room when available. There were 3 cars in the parking lot, but I was told there were no upgrades available. Bogus! Platinum members are supposed to get a welcome gift, like bottled water or cookies- that didn't happen. We got in the room to find the bed was worn out and you rolled to the middle, so we had to get and extra rooms to accommodate our family .A different front desk person check us in and there was not an up grade . I asked to speak with the manager, who was not available and no way to reach her. The district manager was unreachable, but they had a phone number of the owner company. I left a message to speak with someone over the HIES staff and nobody ever returned my call. I was not given a late checkout, which is also offered to Platinum members. The maid were in our room before we could check out and started rummaging through our things. All in all this was a nightmare experience with Holiday Inn.
