Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Hotel -- Problem with Guests Nicely renovated property. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a problem at check-in but the staff did not seem to want to fix the problem. The next day (after vacating my room) I was given a new room. Management needs to better police other guests that smoke and drink by the front door in a big crowd. They also need to control the noise from these guests. July 23, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Its OK. The hotel was going through a lot of renovation so, maybe in the future things will be better. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful in getting checked in. The housekeeping staff/workers were ok, but not to the service level to what I am accustom to with an IHG property. One bright and shininng spot was the female who did the breakfast area..I cannot remember her name, but I know it started with a M...maybe Mirandashe was from oriental decent. She truly worked hard at here job, and made the whole are better. She was only here one day that I was in the hotel and was a vast improvement of the regular one I saw. July 14, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Should have discounted rates when remodeling First room the air conditioner never cooled off the room. Woke up from nap sweating. When I got transfered to another room te tv did not work. I just watched shows on iPad all night. On top of the two bad rooms, I heard other people talking about their problems at breakfast the next morning, mainly the air conditioning. They were doing construction at this time as well so everywhere smelled like glue and sweat... July 14, 2014

The pool was unusable because of the smell. They were sanding and painting two doors but they sealed the doors with epoxy and it was unusable due to the smell. July 14, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn't live up to the Holiday Inn Express Brand I've stayed at several other Holiday Inn Express properties and this location is below average. Granted they're still under construction, but they had very noisy housekeeping, garbage left under my bed from previous guests. satellite TV went out for hours, phone in room did not work, etc., etc!
