The second room was just as bad, I thought they where going to send someone up to fix it, but after two nights it was never fixed. Would never stay there again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Above and beyond… During our stay, we were contacted about our dog that had been left with family and had since been lost. The hotel graciously allowed us additional time to checkout as we were highly emotional after receiving a call that she had been spotted and was in a dangerous location. We were remotely working with people in Texas to help us not only locate our beloved pet, but to bring her home safely. This ordeal eventually led to a happy ending and we would like to thank the hotel staff for going above and beyond…it was very much appreciated. January 12, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay Great hotel to stay in. in my opinion a little pricey, more than i expected for the stay. but i will have to say, it was well worth the stay. room internet service was lousy. my equipment showed a signal, but would not connect. in the lobby my equipment connected perfectly. this was my only disappointment. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best experience Nice touch early on with a phone call to ask me if it's ok to upgrade me. I accepted. My reservation was for me and 2 kids. Upgrade only had a Pullout couch.....so I pulled it out and went for the linens. No fitted sheet and the blanket was very thin. Mattress still had the plastic cover it came with (so I removed that). Requested linens and a comforter. Pillow case had a stain on it. Past reviews said the rooms were recently renovated but the color scheme looked tired and lifeless. Towel rack fell off when using while showering. Bed was comfortable, but overall no a place I would rush back to. January 3, 2015

However, they had my IHG Rewards Club status wrong - they had me as a Gold Member when I'm a Platinum Member. No big deal but they changed it when I showed them my card via the IHG app. December 30, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to Par Since I have stayed here before and was very pleased with the rooms and staff. This trip I was not impressed this trip. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning, especially the bathtub. The TV didn't work and the carpet had stains. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and other room amenities were good. This hotel could use a deep cleaning and a little spruce up. December 29, 2014
