I stay here frequently and always seem to have problems with the breakfast. For the third time in a row there were no cinnamon rolls. This is a highly publicized feature that my family looks forward to. Also the juice machine wasn't working at all. But at least the breakfast was served pretty much on time. Other than that, the room was fine and the swimming pool was a great hit with the grandchildren.

Group of 10. Rooms not ready late at night, smell of smoke, dirty bathrooms, dirty towels, vending and ice out of order, no hot items except malfunctioning pancake maker at breakfast, general uncleanliness overall. Understaffed.

The overnight front desk staff was absent when I checked in. I had to wait 3 - 4 minutes before she appeared from a guest room that I later found out was where her friend was staying. There was no cookies, popcorn or food of any kind available in the lobby except for the broken vending machine. Annoying after a long day of travel but not the end of the world. The rest of the stay and the room were good. Room on the top floor was very clean and did not have an odor. The A/C was cold and shower was warm. Issues with the satellite TV due to some bad weather, otherwise the stay was good. Overall rating Average-Good.
