Group of 10. Rooms not ready late at night, smell of smoke, dirty bathrooms, dirty towels, vending and ice out of order, no hot items except malfunctioning pancake maker at breakfast, general uncleanliness overall. Understaffed.

The overnight front desk staff was absent when I checked in. I had to wait 3 - 4 minutes before she appeared from a guest room that I later found out was where her friend was staying. There was no cookies, popcorn or food of any kind available in the lobby except for the broken vending machine. Annoying after a long day of travel but not the end of the world. The rest of the stay and the room were good. Room on the top floor was very clean and did not have an odor. The A/C was cold and shower was warm. Issues with the satellite TV due to some bad weather, otherwise the stay was good. Overall rating Average-Good.

I was very surprised that I could get the presidential suite for the same price as the two queen beds. I used points and cash and was very happy to have two king beds and a couch that made into a bed. I was able to take all my grandchildren since the room held 8 people. Breakfast was good but was disappointed they didn't have Danish or sweet rolls. Very appreciative for the rest of the benefits.
