Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and New I stayed here for one night while attending a funeral in town. I've stayed in the past at HIE hotels but always got a suite. This time it was just a standard room. It was clean and comfortable although i think the beds were smaller than the advertised queen size since by feet hung off the end and i'm 6 feet tall. The TV did not receive HGTV which surprised me because that's the only channel i watch when travelling. I was disapppointed about that. I also wished there was a feature on the heat/AC system that would allow just a fan to run for white noise. You are only able to get heat or AC but no fan. There was also no jacuzzi in the pool area which was another disappointment. Not a big deal this time since i didn't have any leisure time for relaxation anyway. The included breakkfast was good. i especially liked the bacon, eggs and sausage provided. But overall, it was a decent hotel to stay at and very convenient to the MASS Pike.. April 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service My overall experience at your hotel was very pleasant, your desk clerk was extremely polite and friendly. He immediately recognized my previous visits and asked if I had any preference as to a room. I requested a room on the first floor close to the main entrance, he complied by putting us in the first room off the lobby and next to the breakfast nook. Our night stay was very quiet and our room was extremely comfortable. I connected with the internet easily and the television was placed well for both beds. The bathroom was well supplied with all the necessities, although the lighting was not the best for shaving with an electric razor. The breakfast nook was well supplied with several choices (including my favourite cinnamon rolls!). Checkout swift and easy. April 9, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Attentive to our needs The suite was great for 3 people. Beds comfy. Bathroom very clean. Pool warm. Parking easy. AND really freeway close. Plus we had a need to leave one car in the lot for awhile after we checked out to attend a funeral. Staff very understanding to this request. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Would not recommend I would definitely not recommend this property unless you are hard of hearing. The walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear any conversations held in the adjoining rooms. I felt guilty calling the front desk to complain about noise, as the people next door were having a normal conversation and were not loud. I spoke to the manager the following day, and he is aware of the situation but cannot fix it until they renovate the rooms, which will probably not happen for a while since the hotel was built in 2008. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was typical hotel chain fare - microwave eggs and meat, as well as continental fare. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue was trying to get to sleep because of the noise. March 30, 2015
