Hotel was nice and clean. Room had newer furnishings, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast offering was limited and not refilled as quickly as you would expect. Front desk staff was professional and check in was quick.

Cold room, heater was completely turned off, took two hours just to get it to seventy degrees in the room. When the temperature is cold outside one does expect when they check in a room that they are not greeted with a cold room of fifty three degrees. When something like this is presented to the front desk that person should somehow offer something to satisfy the complaint.

Gary and I are not fussy folks, but we do expect a level of cleanliness and good conditions when we stay at any hotel.
We stay at the Holiday Inn for convenience and pay an equitable fee to expect the aforementioned.
The associates were polite but very busy and this may have curtailed that little extra friendliness that we are used to w/those representing the Holiday Inn.
Your associates did address any concerns or needs we had during our stay and did so post haste.
I forgot to mention that the door windows were dirty when we first arrived - first impressions very important.
Again, thank you for allowing us to share our concerns w/you.
And again, we do hope you take our concerns seriously.
