Great recommendation for dinner at Westwood. 10% discount for staying at the hotel. Great value all around. The only thing I REALLY DID NOT care for was the buffet breakfast served on all disposable flatware and dishes. UGH!!!! With so many hotels being "green" this seems so counter-intuitive as to how a hotel chain should be in this day and age. What's wrong with hotel white dishes? Put a dishwasher in the serving room. It would really add a nice touch to the hotel stay and not make it feel so campy. December 6, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sub-par for a Holiday Inn Express Holiday Inn Express has always been good to me. The front desk staff and managers were great. The management took care of the issues below. I want to make that clear. The food service in the morning was very slow. Fruit was not very fresh and it was not stocked in a timely manner. I always have a banana for breakfast. The was no fruit for over 15 minutes. I went to the back and asked for 2 bananas. One was so brown I had to throw it away. Other patrons had to ask for bacon. It was not that busy. I am going to post a picture of the "Mystery Stain" on the comforter. How did the service staff not see it? November 21, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Issue Our family enjoyed so many things about the hotel except we carried in our cat when checking in, knowing many other Holiday Inn allow pets yet when checking in, we were not notified that there would be a $150 fee if we brought our cat in to our room! We are very disappointed that the staff person did not make this known to us. When I realized we were charged once I arrived home, as I had paid cash for the rooms, I contacted the manager yet she did not return my call. I then notified the corporate offices and they shared the manager would contact me within 24 hours...it has been 3 weeks with no communication. After driving 1800 miles and selecting Holiday Inn Express as our destination along the way, I will rethink that for our next trip. November 19, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by inadequate directions given by clerk, breakfast starts late, no coffee avail. at check in, cost of stay is doubled On my way to the hotel, I called the desk clerk to verify the location and where I can park my semi-truck. Her directions were vague and incorrect. The location of the hotel does not match the address on my GPS. I always stay at Holiday Inn Express for my work. I was very disappointed that this location does not start their breakfast buffet until 7:30am (I always have to get started before that time), however, on this day I was there at 7:30am and the breakfast buffet was not ready. This was very disappointing. Also, at my check in time, there was no coffee available. One addtional mention; the cost of my one night stay was doubled compared to my next nights stay at a Holiday Inn Express in Northeast, PA. October 27, 2012
