Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NO POOL I had promised my four year old grand daughter a weekend of swimming for a pre-school graduation gift. Pool was out of order and we were going to just go back home and return another time. This was memorial day weekend and I was told if I cancelled I would lose my priority points which I had saved to discount the stay. June 1, 2013

The hotel has fixed this issue and I must say that my entire experience from cleanliness of rooms, to internet reliability, to friendliness of staff is all top notch. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service and Great People The cleaning staff takes a great deal of pride in their work, more so then most places I have stayed in the past. The desk staff are very courteous and helpful. The breakfast center is always well stocked and hot. I give this hotel a 10 with one exception; it would be nice if there was a third party laundry service available. But not to worry, they have a laundry room and the machines are clean and work well. Not only will I stay here in the future, I will recommend this hotel to my peer group. Thanks again for the comfortable experience:) May 9, 2013

If your staying 2 days or more then leave housekeeping a tip...they make you feel like family with that gesture ! March 2, 2013
