Excellent hotel and staff. This hotel has the best pillows both my wife and I have encountered so far in all of the holiday inns we have stayed at. The only issue was trying to find the hotel after you turned off of the expressway. There is no sign directing you to the hotel from the road that we could see and it is found on a dead-in street that you had to quess you were on the right road to get there as the street is identified as dead-in. Other than that all was great and we would stay there again.

Overall had a great experience. There were issues with breakfast being out due to a few other customers eating. We did also have issues with the phones randomly ringing throughout the night without a caller on the other end. Possibly related to our visit to the local asylum earlier the day before haha. The front desk couldn't give us a reason why that would be happening.

This hotel met my expectations for comfort, cleanliness and staff helpfulness. It was quiet and beds are comfortable. A little difficult to see as you exit the interstate, the location likely contributes to how quiet it is. The only drawback I can cite is the lack of easily found restaurants nearby. Perhaps a list with directions would be helpful to guests.

Front counter needs to improve on priorities. We attempted to check out and they were too busy to assist us as they were busy figuring out who, employee, where going to take which keys to which floor to clean rooms.
That is the only issue.
