I'd say the stay here is what I've come to expect at Holiday Inn Express hotels. Nothing really above or below that standard.

Kids running on the floor above our room. Pancake maker didn't work as most of them don't.

We were impressed with the hotel. The staff was great. We had a group that needed to leave the hotel by 7am for a group function and they accommodated by opening breakfast at 6:30 so we could grab a quick bite to eat. The common area was very nice and big, we were able to congregate there with our group and relax.

You typically get what you expect when staying at these locations. The room was clean and the breakfast was above average for continental. This hotel had a "managers happy hour" which was a nice little touch but only offered two beers in small plastic cups. Although the bathrooms are typically clean I wish that they wuold change their shampoo/soap/lotion line. The smell just is not very good.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express multiple times for medical appointments. It is near many big medical facilities. The rooms, bathrooms, common areas and pool area are always clean and comfortable. If you need anything (like a forgotten tooth brush), the staff is really great about trying to accommodate you in any way and they seem to just want to make you happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone. Great place for a family to stay as well.

I have been a loyal IHG customer for many years. I had reserved a room for business travel for two nights. The training event was cancelled at the last minute and I didn't cancel the reservation in time. Subsequently, I was charged for a night's stay. I have tried to contact the manger three (3) business days in a row to request a credit for a room charged but not used. The front desk assures me that the manager will return my call: she hasn't and is now out of town for the next four days. I influence lodging locations when traveling with my team but am reluctant to stay at this IHG property again. My perception now is that the management doesn't care.

We found the hotel to be very clean, with up-to-date décor and great amenities. We enjoyed using the pools and the common areas for dining and entertaining small children. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Our rooms were very nice - comfortable, and quiet.

Highly recommend this property. CLEAN - friendly and well worth the price.
And the complimentary breakfast is top notch.
