Good place, if pricey. Have stayed four times this winter. Staff is excellent, answers every need. Take a pass on the mediocre breakfast and eat at the Village Inn. Room smallish but ultra clean and nicely equipped.

It was a long day of travel but I honestly have to say that this is the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in.
The staff was so friendly and welcoming to me. The room was very comfortable and the manager reception was a nice touch.

I stay here any time I am in the Denver area when the hotel is not full. Linda and Gordon are great. I understand that Crystal moved to be close to family in California and she was great too. Obviously this hotel takes pride in their work product and people skills. The rooms are very nice and perfect for the business traveler like me. The breakfast is always well laid out and has a good variety. If there is ever a problem (and there rarely is), they have someone who is empowered to make it right very fast. My job requires extensive travel and although I have stayed in some really upscale properties, I always look forward to staying here because the staff makes all of their customers feel important and appreciated. Finding people who can interact with ever increasing demands of the public is certainly a challenge; however, I'm sure this hotel will prosper for a long, long time.

Once again the Linda S. Customer Service Train rock and rolled all night long! (well, not really like that)
They were friendly and welcomed me by name. The managers reception was good and I met the new guy who was friendly and attentive. My room was spotless.
Can you tell I like this place?

The spa is out of order and has been for some time, it was also out of order since my last visit. i was looking forward to using the spa. Very disappointed.

This is a very clean establishment and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. They all go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. The staff always greets the Priority Members with a bag of goodies. I can't think of any other place that does this on such a consitent basis. Every time I travel to Denver, I stay here.
The only thing I would like to see would be more of a breakfast selection, but I would say that about any of the places I stay at.

We've stayed here before, and we were definitely diappointed this time. Not only was there no jacuzzi available this time, the hot water in the shower was not hot...and the television channel lineup card in the room was very outdated... most of the channels were not where they were supposed to be, or just weren't there. We have a lot of choices in the wheatridge co. area for hotels, and we're going to try somewhere else next stay .We were not impressed at the downward changes made since our 1st stay in October of 2011...

I booked this hotel through hiexpress.com which stated this hotel to be dog friendly. We were driving from Arkansas to Winter Park with thisplanned stop in the Denver area. Arriving at 10 pm I was shocked to be told they were not dog friendly, but the staff were wonderfully understanding and let us staythe night with our Min Pin. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. I would stay again without my dog!

For the rating and the money this is a perfect place to stay. Great accommodation for large families. Lots of space, clean, comfortable. Lovely guest services staff and fantastic early breakfast options - good for getting an early start.

We did not check-in until about 10:00 PM. The young lady behind desk seemed annoyed that we were checking in. Once we got registered, she left for outside to have a cig. On our 2nd night stay, our room was not touched. When we asked at Front Desk, all we received was "sorry". Room rate was not adjusted. The lady working in the cafe was not happy at all, I don't think she liked working over Christmas.

I highly recommend this hotel. All of the staff are especially friendly and make you feel right at home. You feel like you are living in an apartment, not a hotel. It is very clean and the decor and furnishings give it a very warm and comfortable atmosphere.

I came in early (before standard check-in time) and Steve was so gratious and understanding when I explained I had been traveling from the east coast all morning and had to get work done. He found me a very quiet, clean and very comfortable room. Throughout my 3 day stay he actually remembered my name and was always helpful in continuing to make my stay comfortable. Other staff were also helpful - everyone always smiling. I travel 7 months out of the year and few hotels as as consistently helful and friendly as these folks. It helps tremendously to know that they are genuinely concerned about your stay.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, facility was well kept and clean, romm inviting and restful. Managers night with a treat of pizza on the house....nice touch.

Linda the evening clerk AND her entire staff makes our stay the best! We usually stay 3 nights and hold a business meeting.
Easy to deal with - happy crew - clean. The price is starting to creep up but in the run it is all good!

Thanks so much! When we checked we were upgraded because we are reward member and the suite was great!! We had an issue with the tvs and they sent someone right away and solved the issue. Wish there was indoor pool and hot tub, but not a biggy. Breakfast was above average. Great service, thank you and we'll be back :)

We stopped at this hotel on our way through Denver when we were heading to Colorado Springs! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Our room was very clean and everything seemed very fresh and new! Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!
