Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Road trip Great location just of the interstate, but quite did not hear much traffic noise. George and Devon the staff on the front desk where very helpful to our needs. The lady who did the breakfast was also very helpful and friendly. Can only say positive things about our stay here. July 31, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable / Busy Hotel Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel was very busy with guests and during our stay house-keeping overlooked our room (i.e., our room was never serviced). I made a call to the front desk and the hotel manager promptly apologized for the over-sight and a maid was sent to our room. Additionally, he applied a discount to our bill for the inconvenience (thank you). I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and believe this to be an isolated incident. The staff has always been courteous and receptive to any of our concerns. I would definitely stay here again!!! July 29, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Security, Laundry and Breakfast 1. We arrived at the Hotel kind of late; I was in need of using the restroom due to 4 hours driving nonstop. Desk clerk was rude when I said "I am checking in however need to use the boys room first", his comment was "Down the hall" and pointed in the direction while still looking down at a magazine, newspaper or something like that. Another Woman checked us in when I returned and she was pleasant. 2. This Hotel is very large and spread out. When we went to open the exterior door to enter the Hotel and put the card in, it just opened. No reason to use the key card. (We have had issues at other Hotels and security is very important to us). Later we found that there is a gate or panel directly behind the office in the pool area that apparently is left open all night. You can access any part of the Hotel if you gain access to that area. (Key card is not required from the pool area into the Hotel). 3. We needed to wash our clothes. Nothing in the room or booklet explained where the laundry room is located. Called the front desk a couple of times, finally someone (she) answered and stated it was across from room 224. We got to the laundry room and opened the door; the heat just about knocked us down. Overly humid, had to prop the door open just to breath in there. Now this Hotel probably has at least 50 rooms on each of the four floors. There is one washer and one dryer for the entire property. (???) We had two separate couples come down checking availability of the washer/dryer. (This was at 11:00 or so) One of those couples said they have been trying to get their clothes washed for hours. I told them to give me their room number and I would call them we were getting close to finishing and that we would only do one load of clothes for just necessities. The table and floors were nasty. Dirt on the table that had been there a while. Sticky stuff on the floor. We asked a girl we saw in the hall (I think it was the same one that checked us in) and was told there was nobody from the cleaning crew until the morning. We just put everything in our arms and carried the clothes to our room and folded them there. 4. Next morning we go down to breakfast. All of the food was out except for the eggs. Nothing in the bread bins, pancake machine was out of batter, no fruit, plastic wear - no forks or spoons, etc... The lady waiting on that area was talking with another employee in the back and in no hurry to fill the containers, bins, etc... Another patron asked for some bananas and she acted like it was a bother. We ate breakfast somewhere else. Overall, Was not very pleased with this visit and we are looking for a Hotel in that area to stay in when we come to visit our Son and his family. July 20, 2015
