Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay at the Holiday Inn The Holiday Inn is very nice and kept up good. The housekeeping is very good. They leave the room so nice and clean. The employees at the front desk will greet you and makes you feel you are in a good Holiday Inn. This means so much to us and that is the reason we will always stay at the Holiday Inn. They greet you with a smile and very friendly and that is why Holiday Inn is so great. When you need to know something the employees are always ready to help you out if they can. Thanks again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet place to spend night away from home When I check into a hotel room I start looking at guy things right away. I notice how well the tub and sink have been chalked and how the trim looks overall. I look for a nice under the sink plumbing job and I look for a curved shower bar. Everything looked great. The ceiling and walls were expertly done and the paint was good everywhere. I wasn't disappointed in anything I saw. This was a classy place from the moment we entered and checked in until we had breakfast the next morning. I don't claim to be expert enough to be a rater, but I was a builder before I retired and this is a five star hotel in by book. June 8, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't go for the service.... Just stayed at this property.....will never return! The exterior looks as it should - clean, newer, nice parking, well lighted, etc. Interior is nice as well - average decor similar to all HIE properties. Then you get to the front desk and look out buddy - the staff is NOT like any other you have experienced! I am a Platinum member and in no way did that even remotely make a difference! I was hit immediately with a road block on a very average request ...not "welcome to our hotel" or "thank you for being a platinum member" but " uh, we cannot honor your request"! After a long drawn out discussion on that, and was at the mercy of whatever room she decided on - I then asked (yep, had to ask - thought it was a "PERK" of being a platinum but I have to ASK EVERY TIME) for any upgrade. That started a mess all over again. As I was walking away - the girl quietly said - oh you are a platinum member - do you want points or a goody bag? SO...I get to my room - if it had been vacuumed, I'm a monkey's uncle! There was good all over the floor, bathtub smelled of mold, fridge dirty. After the experience I had, I just checked the beds which were clean and left it at that. BUT, it got worse! We had been up since 3am and driving for 9 hrs when we arrived. Very tired, tried to go to sleep around 8pm. Could not because the kids in the room next door sounded like they were coming through the wall! I finally called after 30 min of this. Gave room numbers and advised of the noise issue. After 1 hr of it continuing - and NO RESPONSE from front desk, I called again. The desk person was very rude and short and said "I am checking in 6 guests, I will get to it later!" I was shocked and furious! I went down to the front desk - there were 2 people standing there. One was trying to check in but credit card declining (move them on, their problem - I DID PAY for mine!) The other was using the front desk phone ?? The girl asked if she could help me (on the side, very quick like can she answer a question) I said I will wait, it will take longer than a minute. She then realized who I was. and ignored me for about 10 min. Once again she looked up, still fumbling with the bad credit card person and smiled and said - can I help you sweetie? REALLY? I didn't think it could get any more unprofessional but it just did! I said - I am in room ## and STILL hear kids bouncing off the walls. She said she had not been able to get any answer in the room. Basically now we know these kids are in the room unsupervised! At this point, a woman walks through - wet hair, swimsuit and towel with a child about 10. The front desk person pulls her aside and said - "that is the lady next door to you complaining about the noise" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The woman comes over and apologizes for her boys, said they had been in the car for a long drive and they have a lot of energy! I said we had been too and were trying to sleep. She got very angry and said a few more things. I could not believe this .... Un real!!!!! Why am I handling this? I did not pay to handle idiot guests who leave small children locked in a room??? I don't work here! I then said to the desk clerk (she had given the woman a roll-away) - what is the room limit for fire code? When I managed it was 5 max. The clerk - "I don't know"!!!!!!!!!!!! There was MORE THAN 5 in that room I assure you! She did not check, did not care, and said nothing more to me! I got my bill under my door at about 4am. We were leaving about 5:30 and I went to discuss my extremely unpleasant experience. Only to find a sign on the front counter - "with a guest, be right back" or something to that effect. I waited for 10 min - no sign of anyone - then a guy walks in from outside in a hurry - it was him. He immediately went in to the kitchen area. We loaded the car and I left key and left. I am REALLY starting to question my IHG loyalty. I don't want to have to work this hard to sleep. NOT RIGHT and this hotel NEEDS HELP! May 30, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Best Place To Stay But You'll Pay A High Price Can't mention specific cost of stay per instructions and there's a reason, rates go up and down depending on what's going on in Nashville. The hotel gets away with it because the other hotels in a 25 mile radius do the same thing, but they aren't as new or as nice as the Whitehouse Holiday Inn Express. May 30, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hard bed . Not value for the cost The hotel is starting to look dated . Road to hotel is bumpy , dark once you turn off shortly off interstate . Elevater was dirty and upon entry into room . Towlet was back . There was also a smell on third floor Hall . Bed was not comfy . Felt like a dicounted mattress of a discount store . Breakfast was plentiful with nice attendant . But over all don't think I'll stay at this one again . May 23, 2016
