Quick check in and the family was sleeping on comfortable beds in no time. Great and clean bathroom. The location of the hotel property provides very limited local traffic flow and noise. Friendly and efficient front desk staff makes a great start to the stay. October 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel The staff at the hotel was wonderful. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The Front Desk Staff looked up a pizza place for us. There were no menus at the hotel, so they called the pizza place and had them explain their menu to us and we were able to order right on the phone. Excellent service and staff! October 16, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Hotel I ever stayed at! I had a two queen sized beds room and on one of them the sheets had not been changed. They were soiled from a previous guest. The bath mat had also not been changed from previous guest. It was still all wet.Thirdly, the toilet seat was broken and kept sliding to the side and the back of the toilet seat would then hit my back...lastly, who wants to take a luke warm shower? The price was outrageous compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels I stayed in. I will never go back there again. October 15, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Holiday Inn Express option, but wouldn't be my first choice The hotel was adequate and offered a good location with decent amenities. The front desk person seemed a little overwhelmed on our arrival, but was able to welcome us and provide us with our room key. I was disappointed to not be greeted as a a Platinum Member, and also not offered any room upgrades even though they let me know that larger rooms were still un-booked and available. Our room was clean, but the furniture seemed dated. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but we slept very poorly due to the room being located across from the vending machines and ice machine. People were still getting drinks and ice at 3am, which would wake us up every time the machines went off. We make multiple trips up/down I65 a year and look for convenient hotels to stay at on the way. Unfortunately, this hotel will not make it on our list of favorites. October 7, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Watch the parking here! Parking is very tight at this location. If you are towing (Like we did a 23' boat) or have a semi - you are not getting on this lot period. Save yourself headaches and park on the street to begin with. We discovered this fact the hard way and at 11:30 at night to boot. Staff was helpful getting us out of a jam though and did make sure our rig was secure throughout the night. Breakfast is airline food - but seemed better than most. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Enjoy your stay here. October 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by pleasant stay We had been sitting in traffic construction issues for almost 2 hours when we finally arrived at our hotel. The staff immediately got us checked in and handed my husband a cup of coffee. After that service,nothing could go wrong as far as he was concerned. Seriously,after the stress of the traffic slow down,it was very pleasant to get settled in quickly. We will definitely stop in again when we are in the area. September 21, 2014

The staff made me feel at home when I first arrived and I felt that way with every staff member I met. The room was spot-on and the breakfast staff lady was cordial, very pleasant, and wonderful. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Restless nights Good location near eateries and services; professional staff that were friendly and welcoming; BUT between the pillows and the mattress not much sleep. Could not tell the difference between the "firm" and the "soft" pillows. The mattress has exceeded its life span and between my turning over all night looking for some comfort and the sorry pillows did not rest well for any of the three nights. IF these two items are corrected this would be a 4.5 star hotel. Sorry to be so tough but it is an opinion shared by both myself and my spouse. September 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Over all a very good experience. Rooms was very comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows promoted a very good night's sleep. Very quiet. As two women traveling together, we felt very safe an secure. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Only one small issue could be resolved. I don't think any one exits the shower on the end with the faucets, That is a little dangerous. However that is the only end that has a handrail. it just doesn't make much sense. However, 9-times out of 10, I have found this to be the case in most motels, not just Holiday Inns. I have a mild neurological disorder and find that I am sometimes a little off balance, so I do find the handrail useful sometimes, if it is in the right place. Bathroom had what appeared to be mold on the ceiling, the wallpaper was coming off the wall, and the towel rack was barely connected to the wall. Addressed issues with front desk and they did not seem to care or offer any recourse. September 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed Our Stay Great place to stay for the regular traveler. If you are driving a truck (like a U-Haul) or pulling a trailer or boat, then do NOT pull into the entrance area because there is no way to turn around, and you cannot drive around the back; you have to back out, and there is not very much room. Some negatives for wheelchair bound travelers. Wheelchair room is on the 2nd floor when it should have been on the 1st floor. Wheel-in shower very poorly designed; there is a slope down from the shower into the main part of the bathroom (should have been the other way around), and there is no drain in the main part of the bathroom! Shower fixture and water handles are on the opposite side of the bench where the handicapped person cannot reach them (should be in the middle of the side wall). The bed is too high to transfer from the wheelchair; really bad if a wheelchair bound person is traveling alone. Note - the curtains do not close. August 12, 2014

I stayed in the HIE in Whitehouse as it is a short distance outside of Nashville, and reasonably priced for the location. I wish to say the manager, Katelyn was wonderful. She is extremely helpful and always cheerful. I was looking for an apartment so I had brought my elderly mother along. Katelyn made sure we had a room on the first floor, and the beds were comfortable. She also provided input as to what areas to search for an apartment. I greatly enjoyed our stay. I will most likely be staying here again in October. August 7, 2014
