Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay Stayed in the suite. Included Two double beds and pull out couch. The suite had a full kitchen which included stove, microwave, fridge and keurig. The staff was very prompt when requesting extra towels/blankets. Great breakfast including gluten free. Room was comfortable and clean. November 12, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 2014?? The staff is great but the day I checked in it was warm and the top floor rooms get hot and the air conditioning did not work well. I called front desk, they said that the room ac's are all controlled by one main unit outside and when outdoor temps reach a certain level, the main unit will not cool. I couldn't believe that in 2014, a Holiday Inn Exp charging in excess of $100 per night would not have on demand air conditioning. I over-heard several other guests comment about how hot their rooms were and that the front desk told them to "open their windows." Very uncomfortable. November 5, 2014

This site has some of the friendliest staff I have yet to meet. Noting that I have spent more time in hotels than home this past year that says a lot. They greet you with a smile that is sincere and ask to help immediately. I truly believe that they really do care about the hotel guest. November 3, 2014
