PRO: Great location and value. The best asset of this hotel is the INDOOR parking garage; very convenient for the winter month. Great heating system and windows also open for fresh air into the room. Very friendly Staff. Bed super comfortable. Clean Bathroom. Excellent restaurant
a few mile away downtown.
CON: was our room could have use a good vacuuming.
Breakfast was okay not the big spread of other hotel but decent
Last comment on my last visit we stayed on the other side of the highway to a "C"inn and it was more money and a real dump. I will come back to this Holiday Inn Ex when I come back to the area,

A nice clean property with a Desk Staff that was very responsive to voiced concerns. Some that were not brought up were the inability to keep the room cool without opening windows. Trash was not emptied during our stay, not sure housekeeping came in the room any of the three days other than to straighten the bed linens. Breakfast was good, but same offerings all three days of our stay. Rooms were quiet. Only one working computer in the Business Office.
Would have given a 4-5 star review if we had only stayed one night.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SkiVacation Convenient stay after a long day skiing!
Enjoyed this clean, comfortable and convenient hotel after a great day skiing at Killington. We had a suite and had plenty of space to spread out our ski equipment and had a wonderful little kitchenette supplied with plates, cups, silverware, microwave, 'fridge and a cook top. Definitely will stay here again for another Upper Valley ski trip!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Btech07 Broken "Hospitality Promise"
I had stayed at this property before and really enjoyed my stay so when I knew I would be in the area again I quickly booked this hotel. My first night went fine except for the fact that they keep the hotel ridiculously hot and the room A/C was unable to cool the room down to a comfortable level. The next day I went back to my room at around 7:00 PM to find that housekeeping had not yet been there. They told me that they had a very busy night and had to get the checkout rooms before the stay-overs. I asked them to put me in another room which they did so I can at least say that the situation was made right, even though not having the guest rooms cleaned by 7:00 PM is completely unacceptable, doesn't matter how busy you are, the customer is paying for a clean room. The next evening in my 2nd room I went in the bathroom to find water pouring from the ceiling going all over the bathroom. I called the front desk, who came to see the issue.... I asked if they were going to fix it or move me and he said that they were starting to get full and he was speaking to a manager about the situation. Nothing was done I had to clean the mess myself and deal with the leak. In my opinion this hotel didn't follow their own " Hospitality Promise" ..... I let the front desk know water coming from my ceiling was not satisfactory and they didn't make that part of my stay right.....why did I still get billed for that part of my stay ??

It is the little things when traveling that make the biggest difference. Charging a dollar more a night to provide them is something most people will spend. The biggest frustration was the tv. Most all hotels that we travel all have the guides on the tv as well as all the stations listed. This one did not and was very frustrating. Something as little as this can keep people away believe it or not. I will remember it. Not that tv is an important part of our stay but that is the point. What little time to relax in the room is better spent relaxing than frustration trying to find something to watch. Increase your cable line ups to be like they are at home. Full guide service and the proper remotes to go with the service. Was very frustrating.

This place was not worth the money. The pool is in the hotel across the parking lot so had to walk outside. Crib delivered two hours after arrival around 10 pm and breakfast equipment not working properly so solution was to put sign on it out of order. No money was refunded though.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rich Card comfortable bed. friendly staff.
Everything was good, except for the fact that the temperature level was way too high in the room. Had to turn on the AC and open the slider to bring the heat level down so we could sleep comfortably.
