Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great in Winter This hotel was recently updated, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the parking garage under the building since we were there during a snow storm. Staff was great and we were even able to grab some breakfast earlier than their posted hours which was great since we were headed out early to ski. We would definitely stay again! January 4, 2013

We had asked for a room next to the elevator and got it but on checking out the elevator was not working which meant walking to the other end of the hall to use the stairs. We had more then 1 trip with our luggage so that meant more stair climbing. My husband has problems walking and this was the first time I'd been out since major surgery so the walking did not do me or him any good. We were offered help but no one moved from the desk to help. On my husband's third trip the chambermaid insisted on helping but no one from the front desk. The set up is very nice but a discount on this stay would have been nice. December 19, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Some improvements needed We had a work crew staying in the suites. Overall the rooms were nice enough, the people were nice. But our crew reported the following issues. We put them in a suite so they could do some minor cooking or preparing lunches since their days were spent in the woods where restaurants are not available. The kitchen was fine, but there were no cooking utensils. Who brings their own to a suite? There should be pots & pans & baking pans provided. Also, our crews start work by 7 AM on the job site. Breakfast was supposed to be served beginning at 6 AM. At 6:00, the room was not even open and there was a line of people waiting to be served. If these issues are corrected, this would be a fine place to stay. December 11, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Rooms, well appointed, and restful We enjoyed our stay. The rooms was clean, well appointed, restful. We had a suite and two queen size rooms. The breakfast had a nice variety, and was hot. The breakfast area was clean and well attended. The individual pack coffee maker in the suite room was a nice touch. We stayed for three nights. We had no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel to families. We had three rooms. One connecting room for our adult daughter and one across the hall for our son. All of us were attending a family funeral in the area. My daughter and son also commented they liked the rooms and the breakfast. They are in the mid-thirties. The only reason I put a 4 instead of a five on the room was that my husband and I are use to a firmer bed than the one we had and our room was a bit warm. We weren't able to adjust the temperature as much as we would have liked. But we did sleep well and remember the top is five; we gave it a four. November 23, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by All around grest experience The rates were great, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous and polite, the amenities were accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be the television service was inadequate. Lost signals and fuzzy pictures but that was the cable company not the hotel. Great stay! November 18, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is my favorite Holiday Inn Express hotel! I stay almost exclusively at Holiday Inn Express hotels, and this is by far my favorite. It's always clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast has a bit to be desired, but that's chain-wide. The common area is comfortable, as is the fitness room and business center. I've used them all, and have a great experience every time I stay there. The best part is that you can't hear your neighbors, even when you stay by the elevator. I'd recommend it to anyone in the White River Junction area. It's also extremely convenient to highways, restaurants, etc. October 24, 2012

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very pleasant staff, poor room Ironically, our room upgrade put us right behind the elevator which was very noticeable a 2:30 am and for the rest of the early am making a good night sleep impossible. In addition, the prior guest had set the alarm for 5:30am and that was not a pleasant wake up call. Staff very pleasant October 20, 2012
