Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Experience We have stayed at this location on 2 separate occasions. Both times on business. From the time you walk into the doors you are greeted by the friendly staff, they are very knowledgeable about the area, hotel and offered assistance anytime during our stay. The breakfast was very good, room is very spacious, clean and quiet. I worked in the sitting area during the day, it was well lite and extremely quiet. The geese outside were enjoyable to watch, the view is breath taking. We've stayed in many hotels over the past few years for business and pleasure but none of met or equaled the high standards that this location provides. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for great customer service, amazing comfort and safe, well lite parking lot. April 23, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Road Trip To Wichita Falls As a long time Priority Club/IHG member, Holiday Inn Express is my hotel of choice whenever I'm on a business trip because I am never disappointed with anything. However, I was particularly pleased when upon check-in after a 250 mile drive, no lunch, and a couple of hours of work, I asked Serena at the front desk to give me a really good recommendation for dinner. She did indeed. She did not "blow me off" but succinctly told me to go to the Pelican and order anything shrimp which I did. It was the best meal and drink I had in quite a while. Thanks to Holiday Inn Express and Serena for a job well done. If/when I go back to Wichita Falls, Holdiay Inn Express is my first choice. April 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room I've stayed here many times, usually with my family who is handicapped, but the last few times by myself in a non-handicapped room. I have to say the handicapped rooms are the best I've found in any hotel, but I love this hotel and the staff. They are always friendly. It's always clean and I love to look out at the lake behind the property. This time I came because my daughter was having a baby, so my stay was longer, but I didn't get to use the facilities as much because we were at the hospital more. Believe me, when I was at the hotel, it was a welcome relief to be there! Thank you to a great staff!! April 13, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Thank you We came in for. a family funareal and you were very nice and help ful my sister and I brought a long my 2 year old granddaughter with a mind of her own (she thanks she's 21 ) .your staff was very nice and helpful we left her blanket behind on our way home. we could not find it they found it and mailed it to my home.Thank you we lost a MinnieMouse purse also we still can't find that .
