Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service All employees were helpful and gracious. Beginning with the front desk when we arrived they went out their way to make our stay as comfortable as they could. We rented two rooms for family since we were in town due to a death in the family. We were particularly impressed with the staff when we went down for breakfast. They were so helpful and served a very nutritious selection and kept everything so clean and fresh. This was our second visit to this hotel when we were in Wichita Falls and will certainly return again. September 1, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Need to install better internet This place has major internet issues and after spending over an hour on the phone with the recommended internet server technicians the issue was in the servers on site at the hotel.staff kept twlling me it was my devices but after server was rebooted it worked for the day then back to the same issues. Recommend if you are staying for business and need internet stay elsewhere.staff was rude about issues. August 25, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Below Average The air condition was out after midnight. I woke up feeling warm and noticed the AC is not working only just the fan. Since it is after midnight, I did not call anyone. In the morning, when I was trying to take a bath, noticed the shower do not work. So I was not able to take the shower. Since I was about to leave, I just informed at the front desk when I checked out. Food was not all that good either. Below average. I will not recommend this location to anyone. However, I want to mention previous two nights I stayed two other locations in Oklahoma City. Those locations were good. August 24, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Worry-free business travel. Watch out for rate spikes... Clean rooms, good breakfast, up-to-date and well-maintained. Really can't ask for much more from a hotel. However, the rates can be very high compared to some other comparable hotels down the road, especially with special events in town. When they weren't willing to work with me to get the nightly rate down to where I needed it to be for my reimbursements, I found a nice place near MSU for about 1/3 less. I'll probably go back to Holiday Inn Express when the rates return to a fair and competitive level. August 20, 2014
