I was not greeted as priority member. Most HIE have a Priority Club amenity gift, (water, snack, etc....). None of this was provided or even mentioned. Man at the desk when I checked in didn't seem to care about anything. No conversation at all about anything. Just what he had to do to get finished with me and move on. No one else in lobby waiting so it was not like he was swamped.
I have stayed before and usually staff is friendly. Guess it was his time of the day to rest.
Other than that, hey, what do you expect? It is a good, nice somewhat cheap hotel stay. The grounds at the back are pretty nice with the half dry pond and all and the waterfowl are interesting.
The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast was good.

I travel as a Salesperson.I stay at this hotel twice a month. Everything is great. The staff there is excellant. If you are a business person or just taking a family on vacation. It has something for everyone. The internet service is good. You have no problems getting in. The rooms are really clean.Half of the rooms ovrlook a lake. So pretty with the Geese . The pool is clean and to relax the hot tub is a good way to end the day. I stay in manyHoliday Inns and this by far is the best..

Quiet, clean rooms. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Fresh, hot continental breakfast, good coffee. The only thing I didn't like about this HIE was that the fitness center only had cardio equipment. Would be nice to have some free weights or resistance bands and it's a little on the small side. Other than that, I always stay at this location when travelling for business.

We went for an over night stay. For an Uncle's 85th Birthday Party. We were aloud to get into the room before 3:00pm. Every thing was great. I will stay there next time we go to Wichta Falls, Texas.

First time in Wichita Falls in several years, so when it came time to make hotel reversations of course I chose the Holiday Inn chain. I didn't make a mistake. Great front desk personnel, room was exceptional as was all other amenities. I definitely will recommend this property to my friends and coworkers.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good every day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The week we stayed was freezing. They had hot coffee, tea and coa coa all day and night in the lobby. This was nice to come into out of the cold.

Nice property like all HI Expresses. Not as nice or new as the Mineral Wells location. Jennifer (Manager) and Kim were excellent helping us with revised travel arrangements for business. Rooms were clean and quiet, comfy bed.

fantastic! staff was incredibly helpful i have some physical challenges and they made my stay so comfortable shellie in the awesome breakfast area is amazing!
the convenience of the business center was extremely helpful in getting my work done

From the first greeting at check in to the check out the next day this hotel was welcoming, clean, comfortable and well managed. I particularly liked the fact that the young gentleman at the front desk made it a point to learn my name, greet me when coming and going, and recommend excellent local eateries. Breakfast food was fresh, carefully prepared and the staff was better than I have had in some fine restaurants, asking me more than once if there was anything else I needed. Great place to stay.

I was having an extraordinarily hard week, emotionally & mentally draining, and I finally ended the most difficult day under the comfort of a fluffy duvet in my room at this HIE. So exhausted, it didn't even occur to me that I had been there before and under strangely similar circumstances.
In the earlier trip, I had been caught in the Christmas snow storm of 2010 and after a 12 hour drive that should have taken only one hour, the snow was so deep even along the highway that I made it to the frontage road and there were staff members outside saying, "come in and get warm!" I was so thankful for a hot shower, warm bed, and hot cocoa.
The next morning, the owner himself, along with a group of his buddies, came with trucks and cleared paths enough so vehicles were safe and those who were brave enough to leave could. I was very impressed then, and even more impressed now, at this spectacular facility and especially the warmth of the owner and staff. They daily provide a gleaming example of friendly and skilled customer service that could stand up to any other HIE I have frequented anywhere in the USA.

I loved the pillows!! Comfortable room. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We were very satisfied with our stay. If we are back in Wichita Falls we will stay here again!!

Spent 10 nights here - it was a very pleasant stay. Amber and Aimee at the front desk went out of their way to make sure I had a nice room and always maintained the highest level of professionalism (as did the rest of the staff). Thank you ladies! The rooms are exceptionally clean - kudos to housekeeping - and the breakfast staff was wonderful as well! I spend a lot of time in hotels and most could learn a lot from spending a night or two at this property. Thanks!
