Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great service Enjoyed my stay, the staff was helpful by sending fax and helping change room to one with a refrigerator. Was disappointed that the pool and spa where not open during my stay. I enjoy relaxing with a swim and hot tube after work. Not a huge deal but part way through my stay the programing was changed and FOX new was no longer available. April 26, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wichita Falls -- Hotel optio Previously, we had stayed at The Hotel - a the Falls. Which was formerly a Holiday Inn. However, this year it was flooded. So we chose the Holiday Inn Express on the West side of Wichita Falls. It was fairly easy to get to from the West, however in this region all of the service roads are one way. As Holiday Inn Express goes, this one was extremely quite. Did not hear anyone at all. It was a good nights sleep. April 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Lodging Option in Wichita Falls The property is in excellent condition and very clean. My guest room was spacious and very comfortable. I was concerned about having been given a room on the freeway side of the building, but it was soundproofed enough that it did not adversely impact my sleep. I had one issue with the hair dryer in the morning, and the front desk clerk immediately came up to my room and remedied the problem for me. All the staff I encountered during my stay were courteous, pleasant and very customer service oriented. April 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by overall it was very great the person who waited on us at arrival was very nice and polite. when we got to our room it was very clean and the bathroom was very clean also. the dining area was spotless and very warm feeling. the pancake maker wasn't working and the dining lady was right there to get it running again. over all loved this place.
