Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value but Some Issues Service members were courteous. However, no wifi internet available the first night. I also went to work out in the fitness center and the handle of the elliptical machine fell apart. Not critical, but the electrical tape was not a permanent fix. February 10, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room and clean hotel This was the forth time I've stay at this holiday inn express. I like the close proximity to Walmart and easy access to Kellogg hwy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was very clean and I really love the fact that they have an indoor pool and laundry room to wash my dirty clothes. I just wished the room prices were about $10 less. It's not that far to downtown and is a lot safer than staying at a hotel in downtown Wichita. I will always stay at this Holiday inn Express whenever I'm in town for business or pleasure in the future. January 29, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by hotel is nice but service was limited we stayed for 5 days while visiting family. Overall the stay was acceptable.for New Years Day there was no service available. I called the desk several times in the morning and there was no answer. There was no house keeping services on New Years Day.; if the staff was all going to be given the day off, I would have liked to know before I made a non refundable reservation. The priority club lounge has been changed to an office. there are no benefits for platinum priority club at this location. Overall a lackluster location. January 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Place, except for the Shuttle Nice HIE, clean and friendly. My only complaint was that I picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and I could take the shuttle. When I called for the shuttle I was told they couldn't get the shuttle bus started, and they didn't know when they could come get me! Not wanting to wait as it was late, I grabbed a cab and paid the guy $15 because I felt bad for the short fare. When I got there I found the several people weren't able to get shuttle service. A responsible manager would have quickly rented a van to provide shuttle service until their van was back in order. December 17, 2013
