I like to stay there because the beds are comfortable. But some times I have to decide financially if I need a comfortable bed or save money by staying elsewhere.

Travelling to Wichita for long time but that was my first time in this hotel. For sure, my next trip to Wichita will bring me to this hotel.

We enjoyed our visit here in Wichita Holiday Inn. We were a little hesitant due to it being an airport hotel but were completely satisfied with our stay. The beds were comfortable. The room and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was good for the most part. They did run out of a few things that they did not have in stock. Other things they did have were empty, such as the biscuits and bacon. It was a busy weekend so we completely understand. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I called to make a reservation since I was having trouble booking online for some reason and the young lady who helped us with that was very helpful and pleasant. When we arrived the front desk clerk at the time was very helpful with letting us know where to park and times with breakfast. We had forgotten Neosporin that my husband had been using for a scratch he had and we called to the front desk and he came down instantly and gave us some he had in his first aid kit and wanted to make sure we were all okay. Great service. Overall, it was a great hotel. We will definitely be back. Thanks Holiday Inn.

When asked front desk why they didn't make up my room, the response was that they don't clean the room if there is anything on the bed.
But it's the first excuse the guy could come up with. An apology would have been faster, but maybe he's used to the complaint so tired of hearing it.

We had a very nice suite. The room was very large and comfortable. We did have an unresolved issue with the hair dryer in our room falling apart as we used it. Also, unfortunately our room was not cleaned after our first night. Since we did not get in until late, I did not inquire about it until checkout. They could not explain why it had not been cleaned, but did offer minimal compensation.
The front desk was helpful in providing extra towels, shampoo and band aids in a timely manner.
The pool was nice, but the floor was very slick even when walking.
The breakfast was good, but there was a sign that an attendant could get you a to go bag, but we did not see an attendant when we needed to leave at 6;00 a.m.
The facilities were nice and when back in town we may choose to stay again, we were just disappointed with some of our service.
