The location of the hotel was great for my business. The staff were friendly and the internet access was excellent including the ability to print documents. What made my stay less desirable was the fact that I could not control the room temperature and found it to be quite stuffy even though it was cool outside. I had to run the cooling unit located under the window all night which didn't seem to cool the room down. This coupled with the overly hard bed made it difficult to sleep. The room rate was good, however, I may find another hotel for my next visit to Wichita.

We have always stayed at Holiday Inn Express with confidence that it will be a pleasant experience. This room smelled like smoke was filthy had burns on the carpet. I would not stay at this hotel again! If you stay at this hotel be sure to check the room out first.

First morning no hot water.. not even lukewarm. Due to early appointment at Boeing no time to call and change room. I advised the front desk that morning. Response.... Oh yeh we had some other rooms same problem, sorry. We'll let the manager know. Next day checking out still nothing from the manager. Advised the front desk as I checked out again about the day before. Response.... We'll let the manager know. No offer to satisfy. I paid for a room to have hot water but the lack of a response was even more bothersome. I guess if I hear back from this I'll know if they actually get read.
