Also he stored by lugguage temporally so had my hands free when I visited the old town. Mario as very friendly employee, understood the way how visitors feel at home and relaxed. October 6, 2015

The young lady in charge of the breakfast items and area kept it very well supplied and she is friendly as well. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. October 5, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good location. Breakfast Staff Rude. Our room was pleasant and comfortable. Beds were good. Pool cool. The location was excellent with the activities we had scheduled. The next morning at breakfast, the staff member stocking the food was short tempered with us and others. She seemed very rushed. At the 'close' time of breakfast, she hyperactively turned off appliances and snatched food up to throw in the trash or store elsewhere. The juice fridge was locked immediately. We were fortunate to have gotten there in enough time to prepare our breakfasts. We understand that the end time is there for a reason but it seems wasteful to toss food that people would have eaten. Several guests were searching for some way to heat their bread or juice to offer their child. It seemed excessive. I pity the poor woman who feels so stressed and pressured doing the breakfast shift that she treats people so atrociously. September 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel. Staff needs training. We arrived about 330pm and spent 45 minutes trying to check in. Desk clerk was struggling to find the correct type room for our reservation. Housekeeping staff attempted to help multiple times. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. Nice decor. The beds had good mattresses. The kids were very disappointed that there were no cookies available after multiple trips to the front desk. However they did enjoy the pool. September 8, 2015
