Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay! I had a great stay at the Wichita KS Holiday Inn Airport last week. I have stayed previously for business so I was aware of high quality of the hotel, but this visit was to see a concert and it was exceptionally great. Obviously there are great amenities and its very clean, but the staff was by far the best I have seen. They were eager to make sure I had the best possible stay and that I knew of every benefit and feature available to me. They took a personal interest in my stay and had great suggestions on dinning options and ideas of places to go after the concert. January 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Wireless and Very Noisey Refriidgerator The hotel is in a good location and is clean and very typical of HIEx. However, I had to specific issues. 1) The internet wireless connection was horrible. I was told by the manager that the wireless had been fixed, however, that night I experienced the same issue. I was unable to perform my required business related task, which is not a good place to be in. 2) The mini-fridge in my room sounded like a very loud ticking time bomb. Room 139. I had to leave the TV on all night to drownd out the constant tick tick tick of the fridge. January 16, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel but internet was spotty This was a good hotel in all categories but one: the hi-speed internet was weak and intermittent. This makes a difference if you need a strong connection for business or entertainment. Otherwise, it's a nice, clean hotel with good amenities. I hope they can fix the internet issues so that they can get the kind of sterling ratings they could be capable of. January 12, 2015
