The employees where great! Anything I needed they was more than willing to help in anyway. The room was always clean and the location was perfect. I needed to stay 2 more days and it was no problem. I will stay here if I ever visit Kansas.

As soon as I walked into my Kind Suite I noticed it was a bit warm, so I went to turn on the A/C. The front panel was pulled open and I couldn't adjust the temperature. Not sure if maintenance was working on it and the room wasn't supposed to be used or not. I called the front desk and told the very helpful lady working about the problem. She immediately found me another room one floor down and asked me to meet her there. Not only did she get me straight into another room, I was upgraded to a much nicer room for no extra charge. The room and my four day stay was excellent, except for the pillows. The pillows looked nice and fluffy but were very flat and uncomfortable. They didn't stop me from getting plenty of rest though. I never asked about any other pillows simply because I didn't really think they had anything different. If that's what I had in an executive style suite then they probably didn't have anything better. Still a great hotel and stay!! Very frequent Holiday Inn visitor and still will be.

I travel almost weekly for my job, and while I do stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Express hotels across the state, this is my very favorite one in Kansas. The staff is always friendly and act like they're genuinely glad I've chosen to stay with them. The rooms, hallways, and breakfast room are always very clean.

What is ok is the room large and confortable. The issue is that to have a dinner we have to use the car to find a restaurant. Sometime I like to have a dinner without problem when I am tired at the end of the day.

The staff Sunday afternoon (Ssi and Nate) were very
helpful in getting our plane reservations confirmed and
boarding passes obtained, using the business compuiter
facility. Our car was turned in Sunday night and the staff
picked us up at the airport and even suggested a place
for dinner and would have taken us there is need be.
Sunday morning shuttle to the airport was quick and
efficient. Thanks for all lof them.

The rooms were comfortable and the front desk staff was very helpful. The hot tub could use a little more care.
