Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 boiler needs fixed
We had room 238 and there was a horrible noise all day and all night. They said it was the boiler. We didn't get any sleep the first night and had to take sleeping pills the 2nd night because it was so loud. That really needs to get fixed. If we stay there again we never want to be on the end where the boiler is. The rooms were clean and the girls at the desk were very nice. The beds were fine it was that horrible noise.

The beds and the bedding in Holiday Express Hotels have never failed to provide us with a good night's sleep, which makes traveling a much nicer experience.
A good breakfast in the morning is also much appreciated.

We leed bike tours in Arizona for Snow Birds and try and stay at Holiday Inn Express when available. The rooms are clean . We can use the breakfast area for happy hour.

I was doing my expense report today and noticed that I had lost my receipt for a stay there in March. I called the HIE-Willcox and talked to Jenny at the front desk. She confrmed my stay and said she could email me my receipt. Within 5 seconds of my phone conversation with her, my email toned and the receipt was in my Inbox!! It may have been less than 5 seconds, as soon as we ended our phone call, the email was there!!! Now, that is FAST. Thank you so much Jenny. We must do our expenses correctly with receipts. It is important, and I sure do appreciate the kind,courteous and FAST response. Thank you.
