Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Stay Our trip was a combination of business and pleasure. We stopped and stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and so glad we did. The hotel is very nice from the outside to inside. Very large and very new. The staff were both curteous and pleasant and provided great recommendations for dinning. We ended up eating at the steak house attached to the hotel, very good food. Rooms were very nice indeed and above all very clean. Thanks for a great stay, we have had some bad experiences in other hotels and so we are greatful for this great stay!!!!!!!! October 25, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by It was ok When we checked in thought that there would be at least some type of bar or something being in such a rural area. Nothing around. Saturday when we returned to our room. we still had no toilet paper, no coffee, trash cans were in the middle of the floor, nothing was wiped down, beds were half way made. October 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express - Williamston We had a very nice and comfortable 3 day stay and this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean and roomy. The breakfast's were very good and they kept the food full and fresh. I would recommend staying there if you are traveling. The staff was very friendly and check in and out was a breeze. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by staff unable to handle problems i made my reservation 4 months in advance, and the day before my arrival the staff called to say that the room they assigned me had water damage and they could not offer me a room since they were sold out. i had to take matters into my own hands and call corporate, they assured me i would have a room. but i didn't; on arrival. well, they gave me a key, but when i opened the door it was occupied. so again no room. everything went down hill from there. the only staff for a fully booked hotel was 2 front desk clerks. the hotel manager never did take any calls to problems, or call in additional help. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poor quality I could not recommend this motel. The motel was barely adequate. The room was not prepared for guests and had construction issues. Although some of the personnel were excellent we had some that were very inconsiderate. October 15, 2014
