Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service but Maintence problems Shower only had hot water, maintenance could not fix, had to change rooms. A/C in fitness room did not work. Hotel does not get USA today or local newspapers delivered to them. Staff is very pleasant and accomodating. June 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Super Friendly... This is not the newest HIX property I have visited but it has everything all their properties offer. The exception here is the staff, who are very, very nice. It sure is nice to see happy, smiling faces and be greeted by everyone you see when you're on the road. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Twice Disappointed This is the second stay for me at this hotel. Cleanliness...seems to be a recurring issue. The used washcloths of the previous guests were still hanging on the side of the tub and on the shower rod. How is it possible to have cleaned the bathroom, replaced towels and overlooked this? The towel holder for the washcloths holds 3 towels and 2 would've been missing from the rack. Don't you check to see where the used ones are? Attention to detail is absolutely necessary. While the rest of the room appeared to be in order and clean, this one area can absolutely ruin a stay. This is a repeat offense and something that needs to be worked on. June 3, 2015
