I was working at the airport for a new airline service start up so I needed to be close to the airport and needed a places where we could hold training/classes. In addition, we needed to bring in trainers and reserve rooms for others in connection with this startup. I can't say enough about Rich and his staff there who helped us coordinate everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for better service through out it all. The front desk accepted fedex shipments for us and even held our baggage in a locked room during weekend trips home. I truly felt home away from home. It was nice knowing all the staff knew my first name and truly seemed to value our being there. Even with all the new hires and trainers coming and going at all times of the night and day! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by good luck caution, they charge your card every week and dont tell you, this would be ok if they told you they done weekly billing but they dont. i checked out early and they had to do a credit back to my card and its been since 2-28-13 and still hasnt come through on my end, trying to get help here is useless, the clerk doesnt even know who the owner is, nor does she have a contact for customer service. i have spoke to the asst. manager a couple times but not the GM, they are only there during the day and evidently dont have a night manager. the property is nice like you would expect from HIE but the service is so far lacking. i am a priority club platinum member and stay at IHG hotels everywhere, i will not stay here anymore. we do have a choice and i will exercise that next time im in williston,nd. We live here in Williston but wanted a night out of the house so our daughter could swim; the best part was this hotel is pet friendly! the staff was awesome, the room was comfy & CLEAN a real + around here lately! Just a bit spendy but can't complain when your in the middle of a boom & you see what some of the older unfriendly hotels are charging..... March 8, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by so-so stay Loud housekeepers in the mornings in the hallway, HORRIBLE WI-FI signal. The property is new so it has that going for it though. Sky high prices but everything in WIlliston is expensive. I give it a 4 out of 10. February 27, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by could be better for the money pool area was in disrepair and floor and hot tub were quite dirty. We have stayed at many holiday inn expresses and do so primarily for the complimentary breakfast. In Williston, their were less choices and the pancake machine (which the kids were really excited about) was broken. This is not one of the newer hotels and is beginning to show wear. January 4, 2013

Just around the corner from the airport so able to drive in the night before, stay here and didn't have to check out until a few minutes before I had to be at the airport. Only one complaint. 6:30 am isn't early enough for breakfast. Food IS available before 6:30, but the hot breakfast isn't completely out until 6:30. I'm a priority member, but didn't receive anything for that except acknowledgement that I am one. Other HI's provide a few perks. This one, nothing. I thought the clerk very clever to point out that putting me on the 4th floor was some sort of kindness because I'd have no one above me. I guess being at the end of the hall provided an exercise opportunity, too! But these are nit-picky issues. Like I said, overall, very clean and comfortable, with excellent, professional service.
