Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable accommodations Nice hotel and so convenient to the restaurant The Green Mill where the food was excellent. In the breakfast room, there were many excellent choices on Friday and Saturday mornings. Sunday was a bit skimpy, probably because there were a lot of families.. On Monday and Tuesday, there was not much to choose from at all. I guess we got spoiled by the weekend. I think Holiday Inn could have anticipated how much food to have in the breakfast room based on how many were staying there. Also in the room, used items were taken (towels, soap, etc.) but not replaced. When I called the front desk, they responded immediately with whatever we needed. July 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by An excellent one-night stay! My friend and I arrived late at night yet we were greeted with friendly service. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Great pool and hot tub facility (also very clean). The continental breakfast had a wonderful variety of food to choose from and even included some hot food items. Overall, we very much enjoyed our brief stay. I would definitely book at this hotel again and would recommend it to others. July 22, 2014

I had excellent service with front desk staff when making reservations for several of my family members. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good location We were pleasantly surprised as to how nice this hotel was and happy that we were able to be upgraded because we are Priority Club members. Our room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There is a Green Mill walking distance to the hotel so we ate there. It was raining so that was also a plus for us. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. July 7, 2014

For breakfast the next day there were none of your famous cinnamon rolls. I come to town every other week but am going to be forced to switch to another hotel chain so I can get work done at night. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Trying to Stay Comfortable - Biz Traveler In a business stay to the area, the center is under alot of construction, but I did not find this to be an issue with noise or anything. The center looks well as it can under construction. Some items that need to be worked on: Coffee area - keeping it maintained & well stocked with everything (creamers!!!) for us very early, early rises that have early, early road & air travel! And to put trash bins near it! Also, fruts, to keep stocked. - Know that you run out & try to avoid running out of food/fruits. Also keeping forks, knives, & plates stocked. If need 2 morning breakfast staff or more, than this should be done. I had to eat my eggs in a bowl. Otherwise, the best of all, was a staff person at 3am, that helped call a for some open Taxi service (over an hour away in St. Cloud) to help me feel safe & secure & get the airport on-time in an even more unfamiliar area to me at a 4/4:30am time (all is very dark). So thank you early morning Hotel Staff for your assistance!! June 30, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy vent above room; room not made up; Property was full of familes with kids for a baseball tournament that eventually was cancelled due to rain. Kids ran up and down hallways with no parent supervision; food in breakfast area all over the tables and floor; noise in hallways late at night; housekeeping did not make up our room after our first night; front desk sent up someone with clean towels and reduced our bill by $20. Did not eat breakfast either morning because kids were everywhere in wet swim suits (some adults, too) and water puddles were all over the floor, including the elevator. A vent of some sort was running nearly all night the 2nd night and we were hardly able to sleep. June 18, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The property is excellent BUT!!! Everything I excellent from the building to the GM. My only worning is that if you're a light sleeper there is sometimes a lot of loud train noise. The noise will probably be the same at any other hotel to because its a small town. You will love everything else. There is also a an Italian restaurant and bar attached to the hotel with a new bar on the way. May 28, 2014

It seems this hotel is over priced since they are never able to achieve 100% of what they promise. i hope in the future they are able to get their processes in place to fix the many issues they have. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by On the right path Stayed in the new renovated Express. Staff, room and overall accomodations were not bad. However, as mentioned, new and renovated means some things are not just quite there. Some of the finishing form the contractors are coencerning. Heat was hard to adjust and maintain, doors was hard to close and the card readers did not pick up the card everytime it was slid into the lock resulting in having to try it several times or get the card recoded. My last day there, the shower doors decided to come apart and the bottomg leaving the track and guides there. Desk was informed and I am sure they had someone on it immediately. The staff was polite and concerned. Again, overall it was good, just need to get throught the finishing phase. April 21, 2014
