Hey, I travel on business trips all the time. Where was the breakfast? Attached restaurant was too slow. I know they are undergoing construction, but come on!

Clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Nice pool area for the kids to enjoy. rooms close to pool. was not impressed by the "drink" card given for club members. I don't drink so it was not useful for me.

We arrived super late but they were still expecting us. Woman at the desk was extremely helpful for it being 1:30 am. Did not realize there was no elevator so suitcases had to be schlepped up to the 2nd floor. Having arrived at airport late and still had to drive 2 hours we were exhausted. Rooms were clean...a bit outdated but everything was in working order. We ate lunch in the restaurant...amazing Walleye sandwich! Soda machines on both floors out of diet pepsi. They are in the midst of renovating and building another 2 hotels on the site. I think their staff really tries very hard to accommodate.

This Holiday Inn property needs to be renovated and updated to live up to the Holiday Inn expectations. The Green Mill being attached made the stay convenient for food and beverage, however that didn't make up for the outdated bathroom and decor.

Even though parts of the hotel are under renovation, you wouldn't know it by the lack of noise. The restaurant served a wide selection of food. The room was quiet, clean and everything worked well. Enjoyed the one night stay on our way back home.

My elderly mother and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Willmar for two nights. I thought it would be nice considering the hotel chain and the price. We ended up being VERY unimpressed!
First, they put us up on the second floor, but it had NO elevator! Nobody at the check-in desk thought to ask if this would be an inconvenience for an elderly and a middle-aged person. It was!!
Second, two of our three bath towels had several brown streaks which turned my stomach at the thought of what it could be! I inquired and was told that some towels get burned in the dryer. Really??
Finally, the bathroom floor was sticky. I asked them to clean it. They did. It was less sticky, but definitely sticky!
Our only good comments are that the beds were quite comfortable, and we couldn't hear the noisy wedding party that was nearby. We will never stay there again.

I HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH CHECK-IN AND THE FRONT DESK HOTEL STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER EVEN HELPED ME CARRY IN MY LUGGAGE AND DID NOT TAKE A TIP.
I AM NOT THE BEST SLEEP; SOMEWHAT RESTLESS AND
WENT TO CHECK OUT MY E MAILS ON-LINE AND FORGOT MY KEY. THE FRONT DESK GAVE ME ANOTHER KEY
AND EVEN OFFERED ME COFFEE. IN THE A.M. I WENT DOWN FOR COFFEE AND THE POT WAS EMPTY; THEY MADE A REFILL.
I THINK EVERYONE INCLUDING HOTEL MAIDS WERE TERRIFIC. I FOUND EVERYONE VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
ALSO, I HAVE DIFFICULTY DRIVING IN WILLMAR AND THEY GAVE ME EXCELLENT TIPS ON SHORT CUTS AND HOW TO MANEUVER EASILY THROUGHOUT THE CITY.
I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER REVIEWS, BUT I HAVE TRAVELED THE WORLD AND THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST IN HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE OFFERED. THANKS AGAIN!

I was given a room with no view on check in and asked for a different one. the only other room they claimed they had was first floor and it was at the end of the hall by the entrance/exit. it was noisy and cars were parked right outside my window and the smoking lounge was also located by this exit!!

Everything was good except for the 9 to 12 ladies that packed into the pool around 10 p.m. and raised a ruckus. Can't really blame anyone. people like to have fun on Friday nights when they are out of town.

Its by far the best hotel in town. It has everything. Good Food, bar, fair prices in the Green Mill. A nice big hot tub and pool and a baby pool also. The price is quite high for a small town in the middle of nowhere but you have no other option if you want it all under one roof. Rooms are nice, but quite small. The rooms do not stand out as anything great but there is nothing wrong with them - just boring. Good TV and some rooms have smaller bathrooms then others. The lobby is very super 8 but the business center is good around the corner.

The cleaning staff left a bed in the room I was given, three beds in one small room leaves very little space to move around. I was tired so I just said to heck with it. Someone is allowing the Hotel to slip from a nice place to stay, to one that is not so nice. I was unable to finish my work in the Willmar area, I stayed at another hotel the next night and decided not to stay at the Holiday Inn.

I made the reservation in advance, with a written statement of room costs. When I got to the motel, my reservation first could not be found, then I was switched to a different room, and even though I had the written confirmation of my promised room charges, I was charged nearly $50 more. There was no effort on the part of the staff to connect with Holiday Inn Reservations, nor any attempt to grant me the promised rate.
The heater/air conditioner was noisy, and hard to regulate.
