During my last stay the cleaning staff overlooked our room and when we made the front desk aware of this....All that was offered were more towels and a sorry. November 11, 2014

Its also convenient to general Wilmington areas, Visited Porters Neck area, Downtown, Wrightsville and Carolina beaches during our stay. Only minor negative things to mention.... was the tv in sleep area would not broadcast, ABC or NBC and they ran out of bacon Saturday morning. November 10, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff needs attention to detail I stay at a lot of Holiday Inns, and the past several stays show a less than positive trend to room detail, hence lower customer satisfaction. The bed sheets in my room had multiple hairs under the top sheet when turned down, some wine stains(?), and the bathroom had no bath mat or hand towels. These items seem like they should be easy to check off the "to do" list when cleaning the room for the next guest. Management needs to be spot checking rooms closer for better guest satisfaction outcomes. November 8, 2014
