Room was very comfortable and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Allowed a later checkout for being priority awards member, which was nice as it allowed me to take a shower after the marathon. Stayed at this hotel while in town for my daughter's Middle School All State Orchestra try outs and the staff opened a conference room so that her and her classmate that we brought could practice (they also found a music stand from somewhere that they could use). This was a very nice and friendly place to stay, buT now is declining in the experience of a nice clean place to stay while on the road. February 22, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor response to problems, Addressed several problems with the manager, she stated she would take care of them, however it di not happen. One young man named Dyson was very helpful and did all he could do to fix the several problems. The main problem was the first day we moved in there was a problem with the TV and a water leak. I was not prsent to help my wife move to a new room. Hotel Staff(Maintenance) said she would have help. When she called down to the desk she was informed that there was no one there to help her. Hot water for bathing was non-existant. I have to give them credit, that problem was fixed. On one day, No one even came to empty the trash or give us fresh towels. When we talked to the front desk, they said house keeping had left, but they did send up fresh towels. I have stayed this hotel many times and have not ever had any such trouble before. The manager called my wife to check on us and asked my wife if we had received a basket, to apopligize for the problems. My wife said we had not, the manager more or less called her a liar, saying they tried to deliver it, but we had a do not disturb sign on the door which is not true. Rest assured, This particular Holiday Inn Express has managed to convince me not to stay ever there again. February 16, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Yes, I would come back again The location of this hotel made me feel relatively safe. It's in a quiet area even though there are lots of businesses around. The room I checked in to was pool view and it looked calm and relaxing, however, the heater didn't work so I asked to be relocated. I ended up with a different view (parking lot and back side of walmart), but it wasn't bad. Relatively clean, though the head boards could probably use a little dusting (it looked like wooden tiers like those of window blinds, and if you look closely, you could spot dust and an eyelash or two), which my OCD self cleaned with a tissue. Overall, if I were in the area again, I would come back. Not bad. February 2, 2013

We have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses and by far this was the nicest room we have stayed in. The front desk person, Cory, was outstanding. Made us feel like family. And as usual the breakfast rocked!!!! January 18, 2013

The staff was very understanding and arranged our rooms in close proximity to other family members. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast provided tasty food. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience and would book the same motel on any return trip November 27, 2012

Thanks to Cory & Erika who was great, they made sure I was fully accommodated, with the right room for me, hotel info, directions, etc. The room was nice and clean. Hotel mattresses are usually too firm for me so I always bring a topper. I esp liked the chair & ottoman, however; I wished the micro & refrig was in another area than beside the dresser. The refrig made this ticking noise all night, so I covered it and managed to get some sleep. I liked the breakfast, (esp the danish rolls) and the convenience of the parking area. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Love the area and plan on visiting again. October 29, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by HOusekeeping not on the ball My problem was with Housekeeping. After the first evening HK did not clean my room. When I returned at 5 I told the front desk, HK had left for the day so thenice Gentleman brought up some soap, shampoo etc. The next day they knocked on our door about 4 PM and did a minimal job at tidying up even though we stayed way out of their way. The next few days were not much better. BY the time we left after 5 nights the room had not been dusted, you could see the dust in the air and could write in it on the TV screen. Very poor housekkeping in my opinion. October 7, 2012
