My overall experience was outstanding!!! The staff was extremely helpful. The following morning our car would not start and one staff members came out and got us on our way!! THANK YOU, ANTHONY!!!
Breakfast was awesome. A good variety of food. I was able to take food back to my room for my sleeping family, and with the microwave in the room they were able to reheat everything!!! Thank you Holiday in Express Wilson I-95!!!!

I was traveling to Florida and I was getting sleepy. I stopped into this Holiday Inn and even though it was only 11AM (check-in is at 2PM), the manager found a room that had been cleaned and let me check in early.
I believe the young lady's name was Ameisha? She was very nice. They hadn't finished putting away all of the breakfast buffet yet, so they let me grab some food to bring up to my room.
My room was very clean and the internet was pretty good. I didn't run a speedtest but I was able to stream netflix without any trouble.

This is our second time staying at this location and enjoyed our stay even though it was for one overnight.
Hotel was clean, bright and comfortable with an outstanding breakfast to send us on our way. Since we travel in this area yearly we look forward to our stay next year.

Overall our 2 day visit went well and we enjoyed our stay. Our only disappointment was there was no privacy for personal washing up as the sink was open to the whole room.

Worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. We rented two rooms and both of them were very bad. Both rooms smelled, floors and walls were dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. Will not return.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Reservation Processing
When I made this reservation I made it very clear that I was handicapped and needed to be on the bottom floor. It goes without saying that I should have had a room as near to the main lobby as possible and on the bottom floor. When I arrived and checked in I was dismayed to learn that not only had I been placed on the second floor, but about as far from the elevator as you can get. I was put in room 237. The lady on duty was trying to sort out the problem and tried to apply a solution. But, I had ordered a room with two queen beds and all she could try to change my reservation to was a room with a single King and a "pull out" bed. I don't know what it takes to get what you place a reservation for, but if this ever happens to me again I will be looking for another motel. I usually stay in the Wilson, NC motel twice a year.

A magnified mirror attached the wall would be a great addition to the bathroom area. The powdered eggs were gross!!!
