Ladies and gentlemen. After a long day of pro wrestling I love to be pampered. I get just that @ HIE. Walk in to be greeted with a lovely smile by Carol, the asst. GM. The fastest check in ever. We skipped the pool, wasn't ready for the Polar Plunge. Too tired for the indoor fitness. The triple sheeted beds just made me feel like I was at home. The hot express buffet is a great start in the morning. Hot chocolate to go! I love this chain and you will too. Ms. Bryant knows how to treat her guest. You should visit them in Wilson and Hope Mills NC — with Shelby Dean Bryant at Holiday Inn Express.

In the morning the staff were very noisy trying to get a early start by cleaning the rooms I guess of people who checked out early. Of course that makes it uncomfortable for people like myself who check out late. So vacuum cleaners, walkie talkies, and the staff conversations was all I heard in the morning before 10 a.m. The bed was comfortable, but it wasn't completely made when I pulled the covers back. The suite was small as was the lobby when I first walked in.

This property is very clean and very well taken care of. I was stuck at the hotel due to the snow last week and the staff was very accommodating during a stressful time. Everyone was so friendly and courteous it made me feel more at ease. I know this area does not get snow frequently, I think they could have done a much better job of making it safer in the parking area. The drive was slick and so was the entrance to the hotel. I also had an incident of other guests smoking in the stairwell - I did report it, but it didn't seem that the staff was aware - they handled it. Overall the property was well maintained and the staff was very professional and friendly.

I was given 1 price on the phone then when I got there was told it was a higher price. The front desk person after some discussion deciced to honor the price given over the phone, but acted like it was some favor she was doing me. The hotel was noisy in the halls and it disrupted my sleep.

Very friendly and polite staff; comfortable, clean rooms; and nice breakfast with fair amount of choices. A place I would definately recommend and stay again.

Overall this was a good stay and all except one staff member was gracious and accommodating. The woman checking us in was efficient to the point of being gruff. She gave the impression that we'd interrupted something that she was in a hurry to return to. Even though the breakfast was good the overall quality was a bit below other Holiday Inn Express experiences. Ran out of bacon. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable - overall very nice. On our next visit to Wilson we'll choose to stay here again.

I have been here for a year now and they service is great. They can cater to how you stay and can be flexible with rate. Happy hour dinner and beverage is a great perk also. Helps to wrap up a long day!

Got a very good nights sleep and a very good breakfast in the morning. also enjoyed the whirlpool bath tub.
