Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate The booking staff at tke front desk was excellent and remembered me the next night. He went out of his way to get me a room because the hotel was booked. The heat in the room would not go down much. it was 77 degrees in there both rooms and had to turn the AC on to bring that down in January and below freezing outside. As I said before, it was noisy because I was at the stairs but overall it was not a bad experience. January 28, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by overall experience This was the friendliest most enjoyable stay I have ever had in a Holiday Inn - including larger ones during my many business travels. We had some problems with another hotel in the area. Booked online via cell phone. when we arrived they had no information about us. When we arrive at your hotel the front desk person spent as much time as needed to help us cancel that reservation. The staff went out of their way to accommodate other requests we had. The cleanliness was outstanding. We will be in the general area around the first week of February and will stay there again. We were pleasantly surprised by the spread put out for the guests in the dining area the evening we stayed. It was totally unexpected and very good. The fact that it included wine was a major plus. The food was hot, good and replenished as soon as needed. January 17, 2016
