Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Staff very helpful Some confusion regarding reservations....had to stay at another Holiday Inn for one night but staff were helpful in finding accommodations. Upon returning to this hotel for my next two reserved nights, I had to wait from 3 PM till 6 PM for the room to be serviced. The next day no room service at all. The hotel is having trouble keeping experienced housekeepers. The front desk staff saved the day by going out of their way to recompense the two problems. All said I would certainly recommend this hotel. The staff that served the breakfast buffet did an outstanding job feeding a very hungry Little League baseball team for several days. July 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was attentive and accomadating Staff did a good job in getting us into our rooms as soon as they could. Staff was very accommodating, my niece had an event there and required additional tables etc. Staff was very friendly and made certain that we had everything that we needed for the event. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad - Smoke Alarm went off at 3AM Smoke alarm began beeping at 3AM. I called the front desk but no response. Pipes below the sink leaked. I had to put down a towel. No soy milk at breakfast. No sympathy from the staff. June 30, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by questionable service We checked into the hotel not to receive a key that would open the door. The desk made 9 keys, then had to let us into the room, We were then captive, due to the fact we couldn't get back in without contacting the desk. Yes the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included. The staff didn't keep up on the needs of the dinning room. When I approached them one woman was upset about being asked for product. Another woman came to help who was pleasant. I have stayed in other Holiday Inn Express hotels and had better experiences. June 24, 2014
