The facility infrastructure is run down. Staff is great, seating in room uncomfortable. Ownership needs to put back some profits and do a make over of this hotel. I don't feel it lives up the Holiday Inn standard I am use to

The room I reserved was not available (given to another).
I did get the correct room the second of 3 days during my stay.
I was discounted, but, still charged despite the "Hospitality Pledge" that states that I would not be charged until the problem was corrected.

When I realized we would be getting to the hotel earlier than I expected (12:30) I called ahead and asked if we could get an early check-in. The front desk person was very accommodating and said it would be no problem. This way we could get there, check-in, bring our suitcases in and unpack and get to my son's house and enjoy our visit and not have to worry about leaving my son's house to go check-in later and go back to his house. Very very friendly staff.
