Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing Stay This Hotel is a good place to unwind, with comfy rooms and a good lounge and patio area. The Staff are very friendly and attentive,although when very busy they could use an extra member of staff to float between reception,bar and lounge etc. My wife and i will be staying there again next week, so looking forward to another great stay. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unfortunately not one I'd return to On arrival there was a issue with amount to be spent on the dining deal of the booking. Booking confirmation stated higher amount than staff said when checking in and checking out. Ordered the food unfortunately one meal was cold, the offer was for the beef lasagne to be reheated. I declined. She. Said she would note it but in the morning it wasn't noted. When checking out had the issue of how much was for the dining element of bill again. Kettle in room didn't work properly and to make it boil I had to stand with my hand pressed on the top of the kettle to hold it firmly on base. WIFI didn't work either. September 12, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean but has shortfalls The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Two drawbacks being the 15-20 minute walk from the town centre and the very poor breakfast. If you're happy with sausage, beans and scrambled egg as a start to the day this may be the place for you but if you need more try elsewhere. The continental choice was also of poor quality. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great stay in a great location The hotel is in a great location with easy access from the major roads and within a short walk from the town centre. Its a new hotel so has all the facilities you'd expect and is very clean and modern. The hotel has a small secure underground car park which is chargeable , but we found it easier to park to park on the street which was free after 8:00pm. Loads of restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the castle with all its bars and cafes is only 15 minutes walk. Its a great base for touring the area with all its attractions close by. The hotel is under the flight path to Heathrow if you have the window open, you can expect some noise, but with the air con on and the window closed, it was pretty quiet. September 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff and great stay Great stay, lovely clean modern hotel, very good staff that is professional through and through, I arrived when it was busy in reception, as a valued member I should not have to wait 20 minutes to get served, the management need to look at extra staff as those 2 people running a hotel is not a good look, Gerard and oshin made me feel very welcome but the stress levels that they must through in a shift must be very high as to orchestrate running everything from kitchen to bar and check in, let alone taking call must be very tiring and not a good impression for a lovely hotel September 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service We stayed here for one night whilst visiting Lego Land Windsor. The service we received by the duty manager was outstanding, he was incredibly friendly and attentive. Lego Land was just a few minutes drive away so this hotel is perfect. The breakfast was ok but excellent for free! The room was very comfortable and clean, we would definitely stay here again. Parking was limited but we didn't have any problems. August 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly hotel This hotel is ideally situated for walking access in to the city - a 20 minute stroll to reach the Castle. The staff were very friendly, but service in the restaurant was a little slow, despite the attentiveness of the staff. It was an Express hotel, so the range of food at breakfast was a bit restricted, but it was fresh. August 28, 2014
