Could not park at hotel. Duty manager insists problem of parking is on website. It is not. It shows parking is available.
Duty manager suggested adjacent road which was double yellow lines or opposite which appeared to be residents only.
Worst of all the duty manager keeps saying 'it's not my problem'.
IT IS - these are your customers that you are offending. Staff need a little more training in customer skills and taking responsibility.
DO NOT stay at this hotel if you want relaxing time.

Everything was fine but we had to park as instructed on double yellow lines as car was inaccessible due to work being carried out.

Gorgeous head showers! Matresses need to be renovated. The manager Milo is very good but part of his staff need improvement..

Hotel is fine with reasonable price.
Breakfast very basic.
Unfortunately, no parking places available - looking for free places nearby was always taking some time.
Very friendly staff!

Arrived at hotel to be told that payment made in February had been declined because "Holiday Inn have trouble with Maestro cards"
The hotel has an underground car park which is shut so we had to pay for metered parking nearby and had to return to the meter to pay during the evening.
The evening food was limited in choice and low in quality.
The breakfast was much better.
Rooms were high standard and were extremely clean.

This is a new, smaller HI Express and gives a homely feeling.
The experience is enhanced by the friendly and attentive staff.
The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with excellent bathrooms.
I've stayed here a few times already and it's my hotel of choice in the Slough/Windsor area.

This hotel was great expect for the cleaning staff. the bed was made with a tissue still under the covers. Also the housekeeper walked in the room with the do not disturb sign on the door. They didn't knock or acknowledge who they were.
