Very friendly and helpful staff. When the car parking is sorted it will be an excellent venue for visiting Windsor.

This is our second stay at the hotel, our first being a few weeks after the hotel opened (we stayed in early November 2012). Any teething problems with a brand new hotel seem to have been rectified and we had an excellent totally faultless stay this time in January 2013. The rooms are most comfortable and decor very smart with very comfortable beds. The staff are very helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure staying at the hotel. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jansam wonderful hotel, will stay again !!!
Our weekend in Windsor was all the better for our choice of hotel - which was very modern, comfortable and the staff were lovely.
Great location, with only short walk to start of shops/bars, and gave you the opportunity to see the outskirts of town - where we found a fantastic moroccan restaurant !
Shame about the parking - hope the hotel get the underground parking sorted soon - since this must cause problems during the week when hotel busy - we were there at weekend so ok to park on road next door - but limited spaces.
Will definately go again !!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by SR5000 poor holiday inn experience
Car parking - lack of is an issue. 1st night arrived at 7.45pm NO parking spaces on the side road or road hotel is situated on. Ended up parking in disabled spot with permission. 2nd night arrived at 10pm. Again NO parking. Asked hotel for assistance, he said been an issue all night as a party of 20 people in. parked in an odd spot on front of hotel.
Food - just wanted a snack. Ordered nachos. Served them and apologised as they had no salsa, no sour cream. Guacolmloe must have been out of a tube and the strangest I have ever tasted. Did not eat them and complained
Check out - charges were incorrect. Denied had pre authorisation which later agreed they had.
Hotel is nice as new and a good location for Windsor but have moved back to Hoilday Inn Maidenhead or High Wycombe and will pay more for a better service

i booked and arrived late at this hotel due to a flight cancellation. the staff were extremely welcolming and cheered me up after a dreadful day. in the morning i had to leave before breakfast but they made sure i had coffee and offered me toast and cereal. the room was very comfortable. the hotel seems to be in a great location, near to central windsor. i will definitely stay here again. i stay in holiday inns frequently but this one is the best so far.

The bedroom was clean and well furnished. The bathroom was excellent. My only critisism is the bedroom had a joining door into what I assume was another guest bedroom. Hearing other guests talking and coughing during the night was not very comfortable. If I was to stay again I would definitely ask for a bedroom that does not have an adjoining door.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by liswar44 Great hotel in ideal location for Legoland and Windsor
My family and I choose this hotel as a base for our visit to Legoland Windsor. We wasn't disappointed. It was in a good location for our visit and as a new hotel felt very modern and clean.
I would recommend this hotel with its good customer service and spacious rooms. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise with not only a continental selection but also a variety of hot items.
The only disappointment was having to park the car down the road due to the car park not being available during our stay. This became a little tricky with bags and a child but with the on-site car park I don't envisage this being a problem.
Overall a great stay!!!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly especially to my two young children.
The carpark was unavailable but a suitable alternative was available!
This is a great hotel and will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AndyP Great service and location
The perfect place to stay for Windsor and Legoland. Staff were excellent and room perfect. 5 min walk to the centre of Windsor and a 10 min drive to Legoland. Breakfast choice was a bit limited with quite a wait at times for fresh items but this was at peak time so to be expected really. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CaptainCath Comfortable, modern hotel
Although the hotel is new and still suffering a few teething problems i.e. underground car park not yet open and lift stopping on every floor, the hotel still provided an excellent service. The staff were polite and friendly, the room clean and comfortable with a choice of pillows and the breakfast quick and convenient. The location is excellent, close to Windsor town centre and price very reasonable. We're very likely to stay there again and would recommend to friends.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Snoopy8690 Room not made up for the number of Guests on the booking
We had a great stay and would use this Hotel again, However, the room had no bedding and towels for the Child bed, also, we were disappointed with the cooked Breakfast, all that was on offer was Sausage beans and Scrambled Egg. The Car Park was not completed so we had to leave our car in a Car Park behind the Hotel where Metal Thieves had helped themselves to Lead Flashings, we did not feel comfortable with this location. Perhaps Holiday Inn should have waited another month before opening to guests. Great location for sightseeing in Windsor though.

We stayed at this hotel 13th October for 2 nights. We were attending a family party in Windsor, so it was convenient for us. It is quite well-placed to walk into town and to the castle, which takes about 15-20 minutes. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, however there were some very noisy people on the floor above, so we were disturbed quite early on both mornings with a lot of thumping and banging. The car park was not available as it appeared not to be finished yet, however the hotel gave us information regarding another car park at the back of the hotel which we used and was perfectly safe. The breakfast however was very disappointing on both days. There was not one choice of healthy cereal, just children's cereal [rice crispies] and sugar coated cornflakes. They told me there had been muesli but that they had "run out" I thought this was very strange seeing that the hotel had only just opened, so it would make you wonder how much they had ordered in the first place. On the second morning, there was still no muesli, so I fail to see why they hadn't bothered to have any more brought in. As this is a brand new hotel, you would think all these things would be very important. They did say there were some ordinary corn flakes in another container, but when I actually tried them they were just the same sugar coated ones. Lastly, the coffee from the machine at breakfast is absolutely vile. It does not taste like coffee at all and no matter which button you pressed [ I tried white coffee, black coffee and in desperation, cappucino!] it still gave you the same cup of lukewarm black coffee???!! I am assuming nobody had bothered to refill the machine with milk. I would stay at the hotel again, if I was in Windsor, but would have to eat out for breakfast, even if just for a decent cup of hot coffee. I appreciate that this is a "free" breakfast, but being a platinum priority club member, I stay in the express hotels frequently and there are a lot of others who manage to provide a far superior selection of foods.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 hotel great but do need to up the game with breakfast & parking
hotel was clean comfortable, family room is on small side and was a bit cramped with 2nd bed up, but all was great really, until breakfast, as a new hotel maybe they have not got used to the volume and speed required to ensure smooth service, 1st night's breakfast we got down early and most things were available but were limited, 2nd morning nothing was available and as soon as it came out it was gone again! chef you really need to up your game - you let the side down sadly, parking unfortunately was not available, we had the use of a company carpark around the corner, but would be better when hotels carpark is sorted.
however taking all into consideration I would come back and I see the 'faults' as easy to correct.
service was great from reception, friendly and helpful
