Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Air Conditioning The AC units are a little old fashioned and not too flexible This room didn't allow me to maintain a decent room temperature unlike most other Holiday Inn Express rooms which I stay in. Parking is a little limited too and off-street isn't ideal if you arrive late as this can fill-up too. The hotel is underneath the flight path for Heathrow in the evenings too, but so is Windsor ! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly Surprised First time I have stayed at this hotel and at a Holiday Inn Express for a number of years. Overall, I was surprised with the hotel, the services and the quality of the stay. I secured two rooms for myself and the family of 5. The rooms were newer as was the lobby and restaurant, they were very clean and well serviced. We needed extra towels and the staff was prompt with our request and did not appear to hesitate at the request. The hotel breakfast was a pleasure as well. For the price point of the hotel, a very good choice. November 23, 2014

We chose this hotel because it was convenient for Heathrow Terminal 5 and our off-airport car park. We will use the hotel again for the same purpose and for any other reason to stay overnight in that area. November 22, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Just a joke Between my colleagues and I we have over 100 stays since this hotel opened. 1. The hotel has suffers from high staff turnover, which means the service is never better than ok...Check in and check out is always ridiculously slow. 2. Never freely offered Gold and Platinum perks. 3. Breakfast is ok for cereal & toast. 4. Rooms are ok. 5. Car park was closed for first 9 months because it still floods and you get charge £10 for privilege. However last night was the last straw, by mistake i booked 2 rooms...totally my fault. However the staff were unable to help. 1. Any chance i can move it to another night..No. 2. Given you are full... could you try and re sell to a walk in? sorry not possible. 3. Can i speak to the duty manager...i am the duty manager but the rules are the rules. We have stayed here since it openned, surely you are able to do something?? No the company rules are the rules. 4. Can I speak to the General manager. No..I can get him to call you tomorrow. Call finally arrived 3 days later!! GM apologizing for being busy, shame I had to ring 3 times chasing expecting another call back some day soon!! So far we are nowhere near a compromise that will mean we return, that will be real shame! November 22, 2014
